We are very sorry to hear that your recent appointment left you feeling this way. We want every patient to feel respected, listened to, and confident in their care, and it’s disappointing to hear that this was not your experience.

To clarify a couple of points:
* Our initial consultations with David are 40 minutes (£79), and follow-up appointments are 20 minutes (£75). Session length may vary depending on clinical needs, but appointments would never be shortened deliberately.
* Osteopaths sometimes ask broader lifestyle or stress-related questions — this is because lifestyle, stress, and general health can influence musculoskeletal problems. We are sorry if these questions came across as inappropriate or unclear.
* Regarding your X-ray, osteopathic techniques are gentle and do not cause cervical spine dislocations. Subtle imbalances that osteopaths work with are not something that can be seen on an X-ray.
We take your concerns very seriously and would like to review your experience in more detail. Please do get in touch with us directly so we can address this fully and ensure you feel supported.
