They added more insulation to my attic that was in desperate need. The team arrived around 45 minutes late, but the office did call me that morning to let me know they were running behind, which I appreciated (not everyone does that). The men finished a lot quicker than I expected and shared pictures with me after the work was completed. So, overall I'm happy with their service and would use them again if needed.

Assured did an assessment on my home as part of Ameren's energy efficiency program. It was set for September 16th, between ten and eleven A.M. I was already impressed because it wasn't some crazy 4-6 hour window! Josh arrived on time, was polite and professional, and was done in about ten minutes. He was knowledgeable and even pointed out some spots in my ceiling that I hadn't noticed. We shot the breeze for a moment before he left, and I could tell he was a stand up guy. Loved his American flag tattoo, too! And the lady that runs the place, Tracy I think, was very friendly when scheduling the assessment, too. She even knew my neighbors from church! I'll be going to Assured first for any work I need done on my home, and I'll be recommending my family and friends do the same.

Do not hire. They are very messy with spray foaming and leave you the clean-up. They are not experienced. I also hired them to clear old insulation out of my attic. Check their work because they are very dishonest. I had to call them back twice to finish cleaning out my attic and they still didn't get it done right. Each time they said it's all cleaned out. Don't trust them! They wasted my time and money. Don't make the same mistake that I did by hiring them.
