My technician, Michael Simmons, was detailed, efficient, solution-oriented, quick to pull in support staff where needed and kept me informed of the what, why, how, solution and estimate every step of the way. He was able to address issues with my low refrigerant, conduct a thorough leak search, correct my wiring and confirm my thermostat was oriented correctly so my system would work cohesively as intended. He is definitely my go to HVAC technician at Assured Comfort and is definitely a reason why I’d continue to go to this company for my HVAC, electrical and plumbing needs for my home. And I’ve already scheduled to have him come back and install my smart thermostats! Thanks Michael!
(Update): I’ve had a great experience with Assured Comfort just because of the seamless partnership between Ryan Smallwood and Michael Simmons. Michael was the HVAC technician that put me in touch with Ryan, the electrician, to ensure that my issues were quickly resolved. Before even coming to my residence and seeing everything for himself, he made sure to be thorough in his inquiry just to get familiar with the issue that was being found with my disconnect box and breaker. Ryan was able to come out first thing in the morning the next day and get to work. There were unexpected issues being found, but he did not hesitate to make not one, but two stops to Home Depot to make sure that he had everything he needed to finish the job before he left. Despite everything he kept me informed with every step of the process and educated me on the best practices that could’ve prevented the issues that were found. Ryan was swift in his execution and resolution and would definitely keep me coming back to Assured Comfort as a customer.
