Have revised my opinion of this business after our recent bebacle of a service call. Guy restarted the computer on the outside unit & was there less than 30 min. Reported he retired a bunch of stuff & charged us almost $300 & we had the 3 yr service plan that supposedly had a discount on calls. Told us we needed a new downstairs unit on a 5 yr old one. Every time they’ve been to the house for a check it’s been an issue of some kind with a need for an upsell for something. We now have a new company that has remedied the situation.

Just had maintenance done on my HVAC unit, and I am beyond satisfied with the service! Rashad Moultrie, my technician, was incredibly friendly and demonstrated expert-level knowledge. He took the time to explain every step of the process, which I truly appreciated. Assured Comfort clearly employs highly qualified professionals. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC maintenance or repairs. Absolutely top-notch service!
One of the worst things that can happen is to have your AC go out on a
hot Atlanta night! Big shout out to Chris H. for working until 11:00 pm to get my air up and running again, and then to be back at 9:00 the next morning to make sure it was fixed permanently! Assured Comfort has highly qualified technicians and always have someone on call to help. Thanks!
