ASR Engineers saved the day for us. This review is late but well-deserved. In July 2022, we were in the middle of a renovation and we thought the city was going to approve our beam design prepared in the course of removing a load bearing wall by an accredited designer and architect. The city did not. Instead it found the beam to be undersized. We went back to the architect and he scoffed - saying the City is just being difficult.
We were at a standstill since the architect could not help us address the City's concerns. We went to ASR Engineers. We were in a bind, time-wise, and at the mercy of whatever costs might have been necessary. Instead of taking advantage of our desperation, ASR Engineers, Anwar in particular, helped us find a way forward with stamped diagrams the City approved. And this was all done within two weeks for us at a VERY FAIR price.
You know the saying "buy once, cry once"? I've learned my lesson. Don't skimp - get an engineer to handle your home's structural integrity issues. And if you're looking for a talented, quick and fair-priced engineer, ASR Engineers are the team you are looking for.
