We had a young man called Joe come to service our stairlift, he was extremely polite and friendly, very informative.
He got on with the job and the lift is running far better than it had been.

What a brilliant swift team. From a visit to quote in the same week as contact and then on to a fit the week after. The reconditioned stair lift is as good as new. It was fitted by Joe who was extremely courteous, quick, very clean and tidy. An amazing job to make my mum more mobile. Thank you to the whole team.

Aspire bought our stair lift. Jack came out and dismantled it and took it away. He was very helpful and a great communicator about the timings. Also very honest and trustworthy in this particular transaction. I would highly recommend them.

Joe the engineer was very knowledgeable, polite and courteous.
Rang beforehand with ETA and completed our repair with the minimum of fuss and disruption. Even stayed to clean the rails!

Fantastic service provided by Joe. It took no time to identify the fault. In a matter of minutes he had taken his tools out of the van and repaired the stair lift. Superb deliverance under warranty.
