Lovely Joe turned up this morning, we made him a coffee , and he explained what he was doing he went through everything, very professional he left everything clean and tidy ,he also put us up a grab rail. Very pleased

Very good service. Had booked stairlift removal via phone and email Aspire engineer Joe phoned to give arrival time within booked time slot, which was helpful. Stairlift was removed efficiently and area left tidy. Prompt BACS payment. Very happy with the service

Aspire Stairlifts installed a stairlift this morning at my mums house, Paul who did the installation was very respectful of my parents and there needs, completed the work quickly and efficiently was clean and tidy when he had finished, then took enough time to explain how the stairlift worked and made sure that my parents could both operate the stairlift. Thanks Paul really appreciate what did this morning.

Very efficient, given a day/time for the stairlift to be removed, turned up on time. Removal of the stairlift with their engineer Joe, money transferred before removal, he was polite, efficient and cleaned up after the removal of the stairlift. Thank you!

We have just had the pleasure of meeting Paul, one of your stairlift engineers. He attended our home to repair our handicare stairlift that had been fitted initially, by a different company. Not only did he quickly diagnose and repair the fault, left the stairlift operating at what we feel is the best it has ever worked, it is smoother in ride quality and noticably quieter. This young man is very knowledgable, professional, polite and very personable. A credit to the company and very welcome to return for any future work we need. Thank you for your efforts.
