20 years ago I hired Aspen Maintenance to do the cleaning of seven buildings I managed. 10 years later I decided I would make a switch to another company because I found someone who could save me roughly 10%. After going through six months of hell with this company I learned that a lower number on an initial contract might not mean true savings and that the wrong company can take something I didn’t have to think about and make it a daily nightmare.
Since then I have moved to another company and experienced an existing mediocre cleaning company. I made the switch and relinked with the great crew at Aspen. They make it simple, they listen precisely to what you need, they give you a realistic expectation of what they can do and how much they can do it for and then they consistently do it.
As a property manager and owner it is nice to be able to forget about cleaning and know someone is going above and beyond making sure my facilities meet and exceed our customer’s expectations. Simply put they are the BEST.
Since it has been several years since I posted this I felt like it would be a great idea to update it. In the last years I have continued to only use their services for all my janitorial needs. While they have continued to do great things keeping my buildings clean, I have also had them come out and do numerous side projects to include cleaning carpets, stripping and re-waxing my tile floors and last but not least, coming in and spraying my employees work environment to make sure we were all safe after a Covid19 scare.

Aspen Maintenance has provided janitorial service at an 18,000 square foot office building we manage in the Cherry Creek area for the past 13 years.
