I hate dentists, and they changed that. They are all so warm and welcoming and absolutely amazing people. They are the dentists I trust. Thank each and every single staff member in the office for being the best!

I asked beforehand about my insurance and was told they take it, when I get there is when is when I found out that in fact they no longer don't accept my insurance.... Not sure why it wasn't told to me before I wasted my time, money, and gas.....

So, it's finally time to get my wisdom tooth remove. I came in today with me wanting to go back to Bloomington and not doing it but I love how Dr. Peterson and Sindhura take care of me yesterday so I was confident that everything will be fine. And Yes it was WORTH IT. Sindhura did explain everything flawlessly. She gives me all the tips what to do and not to do. She even check if I have anything else need to pay after the procedure. Told me about the emergency number I need to call if anything bad happens. They checked me in asked me if I was in pain but it was so much better that yesterday. The one who put the numbing agent did her job so good like her hands are so light. Then it was time to pull it. Dr. Peterson check it first if I was really not feeling anything at all but I had a history of getting the right numbness on my teeth.
But He carefully check and touch before he pulled it.
Everything went so fast. It was done in a second. It was SO Great! I was so amazed! Dr. Peterson gave me medicine before leaving and Sidhura make sure I take it because I need to travel back to Bloomington. You guys Rock!

I have been scared seeing the dentist my entire life but being in this dental office makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Going in the receptionist did ask us nicely and even told us about the savings plan they have after knowing we didn’t have insurance at the moment. Going in Sindhura the dental assistant is very professional and make you feel like you are a family. She answered my question with positive attitude and just very amazing. Makes me feel at ease. The Dentist Dmd Peterson is very knowledgeable, Explained and treated me with no Judgement. Super amazing!
Don’t mind driving from Bloomington to Greenwood.

I adjusted my schedule for an appointment at Aspen Dental
331 S Rd 135 Greenwood, Indiana. When I showed up, they informed me they had canceled the appointment because I'd not RE-confirmed my appointment 24 hours beforehand. I didn't even get home the night before until after midnight and was not near a phone. If this is their policy, I don't see how I can ever make an appointment here and expect them to honor it.

This place is a complete scam. They charged my mom $350 for an exam to see if she needed a root canal. She is clearly in significant pain and struggling to do daily activities due to this tooth. They told her she did not need a root canal. So my mom went home STILL IN PAIN. Now they are telling her they will not treat her and that she has to go through the entire process again (another $350) if she wants to be seen again. Absolutely do not recommend this place. Clearly about the money and not the greater good of the community. They will not even release her X-rays or anything.

The location is inconvenient to get into for parking and never open and when they are their rude to you and can’t help you that day, always another day. Not impressed with them at all.

Exceptional - I went in with a broken denture - it was repaired and I was on my way in record time. Everyone at this location was friendly and professional and I truly enjoyed meeting Millie, the therapy dog. I highly recommend this location for denture repairs.

This is the most unhelpful dentist office I have ever had the misfortune of going through! Don’t expect to feel like you are important after you pay. Once you pay and leave and have any complications arise they will ghost you!

They took my $2000 on Sat. Morning but when I had problems over the weekend ... I could not even get a call from the dentist. I called the emergency number 4 times ... average wait time 45 min to leave a message with a kind call service rep. but never ever had any medical personal call me. Greenwood Aspen dental apparently got their money .. and thats all they care about. I wish I could give negative stars.

Aspen Dental is a cut rate establishment that doesn't care about their patients. They will take your money and run. They won't give you pain pills when you ask for them, even when it is an emergency. Don't go here. The Greenwood location is the worst location on Earth, Mars, Uranus, and Saturn combined.

Came in for a regular routine visit, although this was my first time visiting an Aspen Dental. HIGHLY recommend this location specifically. The staff are incredible, they are super friendly and listen to you. I felt very taken care of and I knew that they truly cared about my teeth, which is amazing to feel from my first visit! Very happy I found a dentist near me!

Absolutely disgusted they had a dog in the practice. Not a guests dog, but an employees dog. Very unhygienic. Staff was kind, level of service provided though was subpar. Can tell the goal is in and out, get the money and on top the next person. Got a filling today, it started falling out a few hours later
