also diagnosed and repaired the charging port on my wife’s Samsung phone..great customer service, efficiency and work..will def come to the guys at ASM Wireless for any phone repair issues!!

Coming for 2 years whenever i need any phone or tablet. Today bought Samsung A54 and A15 5G in a very gpod deal. ASM always take care of their customers.

You stole my cameras, you stole other parts from inside the phone and the crazy part was I asked you if you wanted to buy the phone for parts you told me no. I came back for my new phone and you didn’t say anything about my old one. I had to go back in the store and ask for it back… to go home and find things missing. They took my screen. Don’t trust them. They probably even took my battery and gave me a fake… my new phone give me problems. They say they don’t do cheap things like this but they definitely scramble, lie about prices all that!!! They told me $60 on the phone, tried to tell me 80 in person, obviously it didn’t work like that and they took $60. But steer clear of this place…. They are stealers !!! Ps you either think I’m slow or you must be slow because this is very much the store that stole for me , beside Sobeys ! Wish I could give 0 stars this place has no integrity and lacks accountability!

Dropped in today to purchase a USB adapter to allow me to connect my Samsung A70 android to my WD elements passport external drive to allow me to download my photos and clean up my Google out of storage account. Not being a techy have had no luck trying to do this. No email in or out and no storage at the end of my rope. Within 1 minute Ahmad one of the fantastic technicians had hooked up the USB adapter and when I told him my problem he immediately dis connected the adapter and said I did not need the adapter. Ahmad said I can download all photos from my lap top into my wd ex drive and once done can delete all I want to from laptop and android A70. 🙃 on my way home to try this. Took me longer to type than for Ahmed to diagnose my problem. No charge,no problem, friendly and helpful as are everyone at ASM. HAVE ALWAYS SOLVED MY A70 PROBLEMS FOR MANY YEARS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASM.
Just got a tablet for my daugther, I returned it 10 minutes later to be told NO REFUNDS, seriously this is bad business. If I had used it yes I would understand but not this. The receipt does not mention no refunds, which it should. Never will I tell people to come here
