We reached out to Ask for Cool after finding them on Google with 5 star reviews. The companies that we were using before were not giving us answers to our AC issues and we were tired. JC was our technician that came out to take a look at our leaking air handler. It was such a huge relief to have someone who thoroughly explains how an air handler works, and the issues that he was seeing with it. He showed us pictures and suggested that we get a new AC system to completely fix the headache that we were having. The price was fair, and there was a $65 service call. They were able to come out very quickly and install our new unit. I also talked to Nigel on the phone who was very helpful in explaining the invoice. It took an entire day to install the new AC, but that was ok with me because they made sure that the unit was working and added extra features to the attic to ensure there will be no more leaking. They worked until 10pm and dark outside….what a dedicated team! It was such a great experience from start to finish and such a relief to have that issue resolved. It’s been working great with no leaks since. Thanks!

I needed a new air conditioner. I called Nigel on Monday, by Tuesday it was installed in my house. The price was fair, the technicians were competent, polite, helpful and nice. I was informed when they were on their way, including their names. Nigel is a great businessman who clearly strives to please his customers. He is fair and so is his pricing. Long story short,my wife and I were so happy with the service provided by Ask For Cool AC. From Juliana at the office. JR are first Tech. To his Supervisor Nigel who helped us with the process to Mr. Harrison and his associate who replaced our AC fan. They got here about 11am and by 2pm we had AC. My wife and I can't thank you enough.

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Nigel and his team. Jr came to our home and was incredibly professional—he wore shoe covers the entire time, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood each step. The office staff was just as great. They called to remind me it was my 6-month check-up, scheduling was simple, and when I asked if I could be seen closer to 8 AM because I had a commitment at 11, they made it happen without any issue. Truly excellent service from start to finish. THANK YOU ASK FOR COOL!!

im really confused how this company has so many great reviews. First, the people who answer the phone don't know what's going on, they say they will call back but never do. Second, to get an estimate you have to wait for the technician to contact the manager, the manager needs to contact the super manager, the super manager has to contact the super super super manager, and it just goes on like that... There are other companies out there with better prices and better customer service like Air conditioning Army- I recommend them !
