Ann was excellent the bookings suited my needs and she also followed up to make sure all arrangements were taken care of. I recommend Ann for any travel you wish to book. Con Dau is very relaxing and Con Son Blue Sea Hotel is a great hotel with rooftop swimming pool.
A great combination of guided driving & walking tour of north Vietnam.
Did a 10 day solo tour of the north and it was excellent. The guide, hotels & food were better than l could have imagined. Will be back next year. Louis NZ

We were two persons and were in contact with Alex who organised a wonderful holiday for us - we were always met by a driver and our guides were very good, and attentive to our needs and likes. Alex really gave good advice when we were planning our trip and would always find interesting alternatives for anything we did not fancy doing. We were given all the care and attention we needed during the trip, which turned out to be excellent. Really no complaints! We highly recommend this agency and will certainly contact it again for any travels in Asia.
My trip in Vietnam
We had a wonderful and memorable experience in Vietnam, and a big part of that was thanks to Hanh and her excellent planning and support. From the beginning, Hanh was professional, kind, patient, and very helpful. She took great care of all the arrangements for my family and my father’s group and was always available whenever we needed assistance. Everything was well organized, and we truly appreciated her attention to detail and dedication throughout our trip. What stood out most was her genuine care and warm attitude. She made us feel comfortable and well looked after, and even when there was a small issue with transportation, she handled it professionally and with great concern for our experience. Great experience
I started working with Van Anh in the summer of 2000 thinking we'd be able to travel soon, but we all know how that worked out! I was so impressed with her service that when it was time to revisit the trip, I didn't hesitate to contact her again. We are a family of 4 and she planned a 13 day trip for us between Cambodia (Phnom Penh and Siem Reap) and Vietnam (Hoian, Hue and Hanoi). We had amazing guides in all of the locations. Everything was arranged and we just needed to sit back and enjoy the fantastic trip. I highly recommend working with their team! The only thing I would say was that we had a really large van type of vehicle in Vietnam that I thought was far too large for our needs. I would request a smaller vehicle next time. Super minor! Our Ninh Binh portion of the trip was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend adding this to your plans.
Rest and relaxation in nature
I started my private solo tour in Siem Riep fascinating Angkor Wat and floating homes. Hanoi to Sapa beautiful scenery mountains waterfalls rice patties etc. A view into tribal living and very healing location 6 hour bus ride bus so comfortable like a moving capsule. Nim Bihn magical waterways and limestone towers and caves holy shrines and much more Overnight cruise Halong Bay wonderful experience even though cloudy and some showers great time Hanoi day tour great day in the bustling city which ended with water puppet show My guides Minh and Ta May and Rith were outstanding very courteous knowledgeable and looking out for my needs. The drivers were All very professional and kind Overall an investment in myself well worth it I would do it again The length of my tour was 2 weeks I highly recommend this agency I worked with Alex and he understood what I wanted Grateful🙏

Tuan Phan organised our trip to go where we wanted, when we wanted. He was able to change things up to fit our budget, and all of the communication was fast and well organised. In each place, we were met at the airport or picked up from our hotel. Our guides were all local, full of information, and so nice. The accommodation was well located, clean and friendly. Everything was so smooth and easy, it made for a fantastic holiday. I was nervous about using a company I didn't know, but I would highly recommend Asia Travel and Leisure and would use them again in a flash. All in all, the trip was easy, safe, and so enjoyable. I can't speak highly enough of the experience.

We are a couple and took a 20 day private tour in Vietnam in May. It was amazing. Visited south, central and north Vietnam. The tour was tailored to our wishes with diverse landscapes and activities and all sorts of boats in different areas. The guides were super nice and knowledgeable and drivers very respectful. Tour was in such a way that we had time to rest and admire different views and culture. We were also unexpectedly treated to very nice surprises for our anniversary! Thank you so so much.

A must for true litchi lovers
My family and I booked a litchi farm tour via Vietnam Travel & Tours. It was very easy to keep in touch with My Linh via email to take care of the booking details. We were originally supposed to go to Luc Ngan’s litchi orchards in Bac Giang, but since the harvest there wasn’t as plentiful that year, My Linh suggested that we go to Thanh Ha in Hai Duong instead to ensure a better experience. We got to visit the house of a lady in the village, go on a short sampan ride through her litchi orchards, and buy high quality litchis to bring back home. Those litchis are the most delicious ones I’ve ever tasted. They are big, juicy and sweet, and the perfume and taste of the fruit are unlike anything I’ve seen before. I recommend this tour to any true litchi lovers, simply for the wonderful experience of walking through the orchards and being able to pluck and taste different types of litchis as you go. Our guide Mr Toan was friendly and funny. He taught us much about the local culture and always made sure we were satisfied of our experience throughout the tour. One small tip though: it was extremely hot in the gardens (we went there in May on a sunny day), so make sure to dress accordingly if you go. Afterwards, as there are no restaurants in the region, we were brought back in Hanoi to eat at the Hanoi Food Culture restaurant, where the food was incredible. The menu can be adjusted if you are a vegetarian or don’t eat specific kinds of meat. The tour itself doesn’t last very long. We left at 7:00 AM and were back to our hotel in the Old Quarter by roughly 4:00 PM, so it leaves you time to do another activity in the evening if you wish.

Exceptional service from Alex. Im from the UK and used Asia Travel and Leisure to book our tour for Cambodia. From start to finish Alex couldn't have been any more friendly, patient and responsive to all emails and WhatsApp's. The itinerary he suggested was brilliant and he tweaked it to accommodate some places we wanted to visit. I feel like we saw parts of Cambodia we probably wouldn't have experienced if we'd booked through a UK travel agent. A particular highlight was spending the day at the sun and moon bear sanctuary, helping to prepare food for them and hiding treats in their cages. We are so very grateful to Alex for making our holiday a very memorable one, in one of the most beautiful countries we have visited. I cannot recommend using this country highly enough. I felt like I was his only client and wouldn't hesitate using them again.

Highly recommend Asia Travel & Leisure. Im in the UK and booked our Cambodian tour with Alex. From the onset he was amazing. He was very responsive to emails/whatsapp's (and there were many!). The original proposal he tweaked to take out/add in bits for us so it became exactly what we were looking for. I feel we probably went and saw places UK travel agents wouldn't have suggested. A particular highlight was the day spent at the moon and sun bear sanctuary, which included helping to prepare their food, feeding them and hiding food in their cages. All hotels, guides, transport links etc were fantastic. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The service we received was exceptional. So very grateful we found and used them. We have travelled extensively and can genuinely say that our experience with Ms Hannah Nguyen was one of the most seamless, thoughtful and memorable we have ever had. From the very beginning, every detail felt carefully considered and nothing was ever too much trouble. Hannah managed to take the stress out of travelling completely and replace it with excitement. Her attention to detail was incredible and her communication even more so!
What impressed us most was not just her organisation, but the way she genuinely cared, not just during the booking process, but also throughout our entire trip. An unforgettable journey through Vietnam
I booked a customised tour through Vietnam Travel for myself for 14 days travel in April 2026. Dzung Vu was simply amazing in accommodating my numerous changes of mind prior to the trip as well as happily changing air flights, accommodation during the trip. Dzung arranged all flights from Australia, within Vietnam and to Bangkok, that also included pick ups and transfers. Instructions and communications were clear and being able to converse at anytime via WhatsApp with Dzung ensured quick responses. My trip in Vietnam originated in Ho Chi Minh City. A guided tour by young Harry (Khoa Nguyen) of the city was informative, fun and well organised. After recently completing tourism studies, he was passionate about the city and its history. Attention to safety was also a priority. Vietnam airlines were amazing whilst travelling through the country. In Hoi An my guide for the Ba Na Hill was Dong Ho. She was also amazing, fun and accommodated my desire to avoid the crowds and visit the site quickly but thoroughly. Dong's knowledge and workings of the area were great and to have a guide take me up to the hill saved an enormous amount of time when there were so many tourists around. In Phong Na (caves region) I had a great guide "Sarah" located at the Lakehouse Resort. Again a great, caring, fun guide. She also organised and help choose a tattoo in the town. In Hanoi my guide was Le Tung Sinh. His passion and knowledge for the history of Hanoi was amazing. I even was taken to Koto restaurant for a three course meal as part of the tour.. highly recommended! Finally I was driven to Ha Long Bay for a Lan Ha bay cruise. (ps do the 2 night cruise (V'Spirit Cruises), this includes a further cruise on a smaller boat through the islands to Cat Ba - the bigger ships don't do this). I then travelled to BangKok and again pickups and transfers were all arranged. I must also commend the drivers that accompanied the guides - all good, safe and courteous drivers. Dzung's hotel choices were fantastic also. All in all, the trip was perfectly organised. I would book with her again anytime. The service is simply unmatched and if you can afford a little extra for personalised services then I can ! recommend such! Thank you Dzung, Vietnam Travel, guides, drivers etc.. you have made my time in Vietnam unforgettable.
Personalized tour of North Vietnam
I found this company online and gave them a go. I said that I would like to visit SaPa tour the Ha Giang Loop and an overnight cruise of Halong Bay. My Travel Consultant (Alex) tailored an itinerary and sent it to me. There was so much more in it, more than I expected, places I had never heard of, places we would never have gone if we went by ourselves. There would be a driver/guide to take us on our journey in a private car. I was surprised to discover that there was a driver and a guide. Our tour guide spoke really good English and did everything possible to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. We were picked up at the airport, driven to new destinations every day, down to Halong Bay and back to Hanoi. Then returned to the airport to fly home again. I highly recommend personalized tours through Asia Travel & Leisure.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional, Thoughtfully Designed Vietnam Experience
This was my second time travelling with Vietnam Travel (a division of Asia Travel and Leisure), and once again it exceeded all expectations. I cannot speak highly enough of Cheni Nguyen, who organised our entire itinerary. I was travelling with my 82‑year‑old mother, so there were important factors to consider — accessibility (including walk‑in showers at hotels), the pace of travel, rest time, and the reality of travelling in hot weather. Cheni took all of this into account with incredible care and constructed an itinerary that was perfectly paced for my mother, with plenty of downtime built in. It made the trip comfortable, enjoyable, and completely stress‑free. This is the second holiday Cheni has organised for us, and both times she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is warm, attentive, and incredibly detail‑oriented. She truly listens to what you want to see, offers excellent suggestions, and then seamlessly coordinates everything into a private tour tailored specifically to your needs. She is a real asset to Vietnam Travel, and I have personally recommended her to friends here in Australia who are looking for someone to organise a truly special holiday. We were also incredibly fortunate to have two outstanding tour guides. Hung looked after us in Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay, and Loc accompanied us in Danang and Hoi An. Both guides were exceptional — knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely caring. I would particularly like to call out Hung, who is one of the best tour guides I have ever had anywhere in the world. Both Hung and Loc were very mindful of the heat and my mother’s age, starting our days early enough to avoid the worst of the weather, while never making things feel rushed. They were also wonderfully attentive, always making sure my mother had a helping hand with steps or uneven terrain. A special mention must also go to our drivers, who were extremely skilled (Vietnamese traffic is certainly an experience!) and always punctual, calm, and professional. During the trip I also celebrated a birthday, which became a truly memorable occasion. Not only did the hotel surprise me with a birthday cake at breakfast, but Cheni also arranged a wonderful evening for us at Sakura Restaurant in Hoi An. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a highlight of the trip. Overall, if you are looking for a private tour with air‑conditioned cars, excellent English‑speaking guides, and an itinerary that is beautifully thought out, then look no further than Vietnam Travel — and ask for Cheni Nguyen. I have travelled overseas many times, but this holiday was genuinely one of the best I have ever had. Even though Cheni is based in Saigon, she arranged for one of her colleagues to meet us at our hotel on arrival with a welcome gift — just one of the many small details that show how much care Vietnam Travel puts into their guests’ experiences. I didn’t think Cheni could surpass the amazing trip she organised for us the first time, but somehow she did. If I could give Cheni, Hung, Loc, the drivers, and Vietnam Travel a rating higher than five stars on TripAdvisor, I absolutely would. Thank you for organising such a wonderful and memorable holiday. I have no doubt we will be in touch again when planning our next adventure in Vietnam.
