Ash is so thorough. He made me feel comfortable and was open to listen to any questions I had and provided detailed and understandable answers. He was interactive and very informative. He walked me through the house inspection from the top roof to the bottom foundation even using a drone to check. He climbed in the attic, and paid special attention to the septic system (extra cost). He pointed out safety concerns and provided helpful suggestions. His end report included photos of everything we discussed and gave special attention in coloring to the mild (orange) items that are moderate concerns and (red) severe concerns. He also offers other services (cost base) for water testing (FHA required), and carpentry services. He’s a really down to earth cool guy but very professional! Thanks Ash, you’re da bomb!

Ash is awesome! We had to reschedule our inspection twice because the power at the house Ash was inspecting for us was out due to Hurricane Lala. He was very accommodating and patient through the process. We felt like Ash was on our side and when it came time for the walk through he explained everything thoroughly and left no questions unanswered. He went out of his way to have our report back to us in a timely manner and he even sent us a last minute quote after hours. Ash is an expert in what he does. The mortgage company asked for a water test before closing the deal. If Ash makes a suggestion you should listen to him or it could cost you delays later. Ash was amazing to work with, very professional, and provided me with so much peace of mind through my home-buying process. We just moved in and I am feeling confident and secure about our new home, thanks to Ash and his inspection and report. We did the home-inspection and sewer scoping and it was worth every penny. As a single mom with 3 children, I needed to know that the home I bought would be in good condition and not a disaster requiring extensive hidden repairs. I met with him to do the post-inspection walkthrough and he explained the major findings to me in terms I could understand and translated it to what I should expect as far as repairs and maintenance in the coming years. Ash went above and beyond and provided me an estimate for suggested repairs which was an incredible tool in negotiating the final price. I could not be happier with his service. Great home inspector. Very friendly and made a thorough and clear report. I also enjoyed that he takes his time to walk you through the place, pointing out problems as well as great features that he found like the pre-wiring done for air conditioning. Very knowledgeable and gives recommendations for little things that are normal, but are easily improved (putting an elbow joint on the hot water drain to keep the water from being in front of the door). My wife and I are looking forward to using his handyman services for some minor improvements we want as well. We highly recommend him for any home inspection.

As first time home buyers me and my wife had no idea what to look for. After a simple Google search Ash was obviously highly recommend so he was the first person I contacted to do our home inspection. He was able to fit us in on short notice and communicated very well when I was setting up the appointment. The day of the inspection we met with him to go over his findings in person. He was very professional and had a very caring demeanor and we could tell he really goes above and beyond for you the customer. During the walk through he took his time and explained everything in a calm and simple way. We were very nervous about this purchase because house prices are so high we didn't want to make a bad decision. But I can honestly say after talking to Ash me and my wife felt completely comfortable and confident with the decision we made.
