There is no teacher like Nadia. Her mysore classes are the right mix of tradition, spiritual devotion and physical precision. Nadia’s hands on adjustments are by far the best I’ve had. She has the body knowledge of her own experience and knows how to translate it to each of her students. She will meet you where you are and make you better. Nadia accompanied me before, during and after my pregnancy and I am grateful she takes me as her student.
