Christina is the best venue manager to work with. You can really tell she puts her heart and soul into owning Ash Point. She is so present and just an all around lovely person to work with. This is an all in one wedding venue. They have a beautiful new wedding barn with a gorgeous built in bar, a catering kitchen, ceremony space with a view of the ocean, parking, and a beautiful estate for you and your guests to stay in. I am so impressed with this venue. My son had the ceremony and reception at this beautiful estate. The wedding party had access to the mansion Thursday through Sunday. The meet the in-laws dinner and rehearsal dinner utilized the kitchen and dining room. The view of the mountains and the ocean is breathtaking. The owner saw the caterer struggling for a moment and jumped in to assure that the bride and groom would enjoy the day. Friends and family traveled from as far away as New Zealand and all were impressed with this venue.

I cannot recommend Ash Point Estate enough! The location is absolutely stunning and created the most beautiful backdrop for our Maine wedding — it truly was the best day of my life. Christina, the owner, went above and beyond to make the entire experience seamless. She was flexible, attentive, and so helpful in bringing my dream day to life. One of the highlights was the estate house on the property, which comfortably fit our entire immediate families and made for the perfect wedding weekend spot. Having everyone together made the whole experience even more special. I recently attended the Emerge Event Collective on behalf of my business Lief Events and Planning ( Maine planning company) , and I was truly impressed by this venue. With water views that make a perfect backdrop for ceremonies, it's an ideal setting for any celebration. The barn, where most of our gatherings took place, was both spacious and elegantly rustic, providing a naturally beautiful canvas that complements any wedding or event color scheme effortlessly. The property also came with a beautiful house, which includes a beautiful styles bar for a welcomes party! Can't wait to have the opportunity to design and plan a wedding here!

I attended my brother’s wedding at Ash Point this summer (mid August). The venue was beautiful, the barn where the reception was held was spacious, and the house that the bridal stayed at was perfect for the weekend and offered many amenities! Ash Point is a wonderful location with beautiful views and is just a short drive to both the ocean and the town of Rockland. We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend!

Christina and the AP team thought of every last detail to bring this space to perfection. And the surrounding fields/lawns offer so many picturesque places for the ceremony & other events. We had fun exploring the property with our photographer, so many beautiful spots!

Working with Christina and the AP team was an absolute joy. They allowed us to focus on the excitement of getting married while collaborating seamlessly with our vendor team. Through some classically unpredictable New England weather, Christina was communicative and ready with Plans A-Z to make our day special no matter what! Truly the best team we could ask for.

The venue is very beautiful: the barn has all the accommodations one needs for a successful event. Great caterers kitchen, comfy bathrooms and plenty of space for sitting and dancing. The finishes make it so that it doesn’t require any additional decorations beyond flower arrangements. Great bar and a beautiful wooden cake table. Tables and chairs are provided. The knoll with an arbor is open to a beautiful view of an iconic Maine harbor. The grounds are beautiful and convenient for parking for both guests and vendors. The house is spacious and newly remodeled with a lush bridal suite and a great bridal party prep room. Second floor balcony is a great place to hang out. The location is central to several little Midcoast towns with award winning restaurants, galleries, art museums, great shopping but also amazing beaches, golf courses and lots of nature hikes. A local airport is 3 min away! This a dream Maine wedding destination!

I just got married at Ash Point last weekend and I have to say almost nothing could have gone better. The barn is absolutely gorgeous and the house itself was perfect for our entire bridal party. We also had the property from Thursday to Sunday so we didn't feel rushed to check in or check out. We'll be back for our anniversary!
