I was overwhelmed trying to plan a new website for our boutique cafe so I took a gamble on Jacqui based on some google reviews I read. Although I haven't actually met her in person she has been so incredibly wonderful that I've grown to feel like she is an old friend in just a few short weeks. Jacqui is exceptionally knowledgeable, committed, and has an impeccable eye for detail. She added elements that I didn't even know I needed, with grace and style. I always prefer to support locally operated business's and can honestly state the professionalism, attention to detail, expert knowledge and overall excellent service we have received from Ashgrove Webdesign is second to none. Ashgrove web design went above and beyond to assist me and my requests. I cannot fault them at all. We had purchased a "cheap" so called Website from a company that stated they were Australian based though sadly were not, they were in fact based in Pakistan. Ashgrove web design saved me after I thought I had no hope. The finished product is superb. Ashgrove Web Design's fees are reasonable, no request to much and they get back to you promptly. I was given a very clear idea of cost and design features up front. No surprises. My modifications and suggestions were incorporated. Jaqui was very prompt in responding to my queries.
