I recently organised a pre purchase inspection of a property with Ascert and I'm glad I chose the right inspector. The report was very detailed and highlighted all the issues with the property. He also phoned me straight after the inspection to highlight major problems with the property and that made my decision easier not to proceed with the purchase. Very professional and honest service and will highly recommend Ascert for anyone looking to purchase a property in the area.

Gian was incredible to deal with. We put an offer on a property and Gian was out within the week. He gave a very detailed pest and build report, with recommendations. We had the report back 6 hours after he left the property - 20 pages for pest report and 56 pages for build report! And, he went and did the inspection in wet weather! The price was very reasonable for what you get. Gian is available ongoing after purchase of the report and has answered our questions that have come up during the settlement period. We would absolutely use Gian’s services again and would recommend him to anyone needing a pest and build report. Thanks Gian!

Patient, professional and thorough. We engaged Gian to perform a pre-purchase building and pest inspection on a property in Eleebana. We have nothing but positive feedback to provide. He squeezed us in on short notice; met us on site after he concluded his inspections to explain areas to be mindful of in the short term and areas that could wait for a later time; and the reports were comprehensive and thorough. In addition, with his background as a builder, Gian was able to provide advice on future renovation plans and ballpark estimates. Gian was excellent! He did both the building and pest inspections for our house before we purchased and squeezed us in on very short notice for an asbestos inspection once we had bought the property. Gian did a few inspections for us during our long house hunt, and a couple at very short notice. He was always extremely responsive and professional, and did very thorough property inspections and reports, supported by explanations over the phone. He was always happy to answer any questions, even when the job was complete. A couple of real estate agents even commented to me on his expertise and attention to detail when completing inspections. I would 100% recommend Gian and his work for anyone needing building and pest inspections.
