The team at Asbury Roofing & Siding were great to work with. This was a long process dealing with the insurance company and making them pay for full replacement instead of replacement of only broken pieces of siding and shingles. (Even if you get exactly the same color as original, it won't match, and it looks terrible) Luke and the Asbury team helped with submitting pictures of the patch work and showing how terrible it looks. My wife and I probably would have given up and let the insurance company get their way. At the end of the process, everything turned out beautiful and the insurance company paid up.

Work that was completed was great, would give the subcontractors that actually do the work 5 stars however I'll give Owen 1 star at best. There were several things that we discussed that were not on the contract, was asked to pay extra for 2 items and I agreed, on completion the trim on the roof was not done..... his response was "I made it clear that I'm new at quoting jobs" as if I was expected to overlook his being inept! I paid the full amount but should've stuck to the contact agreement.

Super thankful for the awesome work from Asbury's team, and Caleb was a pleasure to work with! They completed our siding in March in just a few days, did most of the insurance communication for us, and we are super happy with the way things turned out. 10/10 recommend. They even paid for the replacement of my tire when it happened to be punctured by a nail in the driveway after the project was completed. They're exceptional!

Our home has steep roofs and multiple different angles, making it a bit of a challenge. Asbury R&S upgraded our shingles roof to metal. They handled the process seamlessly and fluidly from beginning to end. Alicia, in particular, was very pleasant to work with and provided me with a very helpful overview of what the project would entail, key steps, milestones, etc. She facilitated all the early stages of the project, including insurance interactions, etc., expertly and with great ease, making it all very simple and easy for me. Once the work itself started Levi and his crew were top professionals at their job, they did it expertly and amazingly quickly; Levi was super attentive to detail and very responsive to my questions and concerns, most especially about uninstalling and reinstalling my Starling dish which he handled himself perfectly. I also appreciated having Justin be directly present to address questions, concerns, etc. At the end, within 3-days, we had a new, expertly installed, nice looking roof above our house. Importantly, the financial side of the project was also managed transparently and fairly and the final product delivered on time and on-budget. I'd absolutely recommend Asbury Roofing and Siding to anyone.
