Private tour for 4 turned into a group tour of about a dozen when we arrived at the port. Our transport was not ready and delayed for about an hour. We ended up traveling around the island in a caravan of 3 separate cars with only a single poorly informed inexperienced kind of English speaking guide to be divided between the 3 cars. Everyone decided about 3/4 of the way through the tour to just skip the last stop and return to the ship.

Kuski oli erinomainen ja päivä oli onnistunut ja kiva. Kuski oli huomaavainen ja avulias. Vesiputoukset ja riisiterassi olivat hienoja nähtävyyksiä. Kahviplantaasit ei tulisi olla osana retkeä, sillä sivettikissojen vangitseminen ja huono kohtelu on erittäin epäeettistä! Olisin toivonut, että tästä olisi ollut maininta retkeä varatessa, sillä en halua tukea sivettikissojen käyttöä kahviteollisuudessa rahallisesti. Älkää menkö kahviplantaasille Balilla!
Wow, what an incredible trip! I had the absolute best time! I was so lucky, the Tirta Empul Temple wasn’t crowded, and every stop along the way was totally worth it. The temple, the swing, the Monkey Forest, everything was unforgettable!
G, our driver, was amazing, super chill, fun to talk to, and so knowledgeable about Bali’s culture, religion, and daily life. We had the best conversations, and he made the whole experience even more special. I can’t recommend this tour and G, enough. If you’re visiting Bali, this is a must!
