If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Ryan (the owner) fought hard for months with our insurance company! We received the maximum amount, which was impressive in itself! I wouldn't even have a new roof without Ryan's persistance, knowledge and relentless challenging of the insurance company. (Another roofing company just walked away) BUILDING A RELATIONSHIP seemed to be the focus at Arvada Roofing & Construction, NOT the money! Once the work started, they completed the roof tear-off and install in 1 day, and it is gorgeous & PERFECT! The COMMUNICATION from Ryan was consistant, with VERY TIMELY responses from day ONE throughout the project (Again, HIGHLY UNUSUAL these days)! The WORKMANSHIP and attention to detail was IMPECCABLE & the entire team did a phenomenal job! The whole team are all courteous, respectful and friendly! After completion, the CLEAN-UP process was also TOP NOTCH! They made sure to get every piece, every nail, every bit of dust, and leave my home as clean (or better) than it was before starting! They even came back the next 2 days to ENSURE cleanliness and that every little thing was done to PERFECTION! I recommend Arvada Roofing and Construction over ANY OTHER COMPANY, ANY DAY for ANY PROJECT! They truly made me feel like FAMILY, not just a client!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE, CARING, COMMUNICATION, WORKMANSHIP, CLEANLINESS, HONESTY AND INTEGRITY! ALL of these traits seem so RARE these days and AR&C does it ALL... its a part of their culture! Even in the event that something does go wrong, they MAKE IT RIGHT, IMMEDIATELY, NO QUESTIONS! When you choose ARVADA ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION Company for YOUR project, you won't be disappointed! I couldn't be any happier! THANK YOU RYAN and ALL OF YOUR STAFF! (BTW, I already have 2 referrals coming your way! after just 2 days) UPDATE: I have a 2-story house and used ARVADA ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION for a new roof AND Gutter Guards on the upper level. (Review above). Just this month, 2 years later, I had Gutter Guards put on my lower level! Once again, I called AR&C ! The appointment was set for just a couple of days out! The installer did IMPECCABLE WORK! The gutters were thoroughly cleaned out and more Guards added to my main level in what seemed like an hour or 2 max. I don't have to worry about clogged gutters or even major cleaning ever again! I am thrilled, AGAIN, and will continue USING and RECOMMENDING Arvada Roofing & Construction to ANYONE needing Roof or Gutter wok done! I had a billing question and Amanda and Ryan straightened it out (my misunderstanding) SAME DAY! THANK YOU SO MUCH, AGAIN, RYAN, AMANDA AND ARMANDO (I think)!!

Arvada Roofing and Construction is always top notch! We have used them to add down spouts, clean gutters, roof inspections, etc. Edgar has been to our home on multiple occasions and is always fantastic. He is professional and thoroughly completes projects. He even shows us work completed through taking pictures and videos on his phone. I highly recommend them.

An added plus is working with a local business that truly cares about people and the community. I’ve worked with Arvada Roofing and Construction in the past, and my experience with getting a new roof installed was excellent. The crew arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and were all very respectful and courteous. Recently, I encountered an issue with the material on my carport, and once again, Arvada Roofing has been there for me. Ryan has been incredibly helpful and proactive throughout the process, and I truly appreciate his commitment to making things right. As a homeowner, I rely on experts to guide good decisions when it comes to home repairs, and both Ryan and Amanda, the office assistant, have gone out of their way to clearly communicate, explain things, and keep me informed. Their responsiveness, knowledge, and professionalism really stand out above the rest. Word of mouth is priceless, and I wanted to share my experience so far and commend Arvada Roofing and Construction for their outstanding integrity and commitment to customer service. He knows how to work with insurance companies and understands how to play their games. He never once gave up on us and fought for us against our own insurance company. (Shame on them). The crew did an awesome job! Cleanup was better than I expected. Roof looks great. This was a shingle manufacturer warranty job from Malarkey shingles. They were cracking and leaking after 8 years. Ryan and his office were extremely helpful in their knowledge of how this all went down and helped me throughout the process. The shingles and some materials were provided by Malarkey, so the cost to me did not include those supplies. So, i can't say for sure what a new roof should cost including those. I highly recommend this business for any roofing and gutter needs. ps. they added some much-needed additional vents to the roof also, per Ryan's expert suggestions.

I have a brand new Roof and gutters all in one day actually less than one day about eight hours all thanks to this great team. I love my home and love it more even now with my shiny new roof and gutters.

Both were exceptional in giving my wife and I all the information needed and options for doing the repair. Arvada Roofing hires the best people and they do a wonderful job.

Arvada Roofing and Construction is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them. Ryan was amazing in the way he helped me navigate a dispute with my insurance company. My house was damaged in the hailstorm of 2023. Thru Ryan's efforts, I got all the repairs that he recommended even though my insurance company denied part of the claim initially. The work was done with care and respect. I was so happy with my experience with Arvada Roofing, that I had them replace my mom's roof when she went through a similar situation. They are responsive and very helpful when you have questions or concerns. You won't go wrong with Arvada Roofing

I've used Arvada Roofing 3 times at my house and once at a rental. Each time there were no problems. Ryan worked with the insurance company, solar company and ensured the work crew was on site when promised. Amanda is great to work with and always passes on my messages. After the last shingle job Edgar came over to install water diversion flashing and cleaned out all the downspouts. Thanks to all of you for you excellent service. I will be sure to get with you again after the next hail storm!

We were referred to Arvada Roofing and Construction by our neighhor who had a good experience previously. We had hail damage from a storm in May 2024. From the start Ryan was professional, detail oriented, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He really went to bat for us with the insurance company which resulted in us receiving several thousand dollars more than what was originally paid by them to settle the claim. The installation went very smoothly and the team did a great job of installing the shingles and gutters, painting the facia, cleaning up, etc. We would highly recommend and use them again.

I've worked with Arvada R&C on several projects now, and they are hands-down my number one choice. Their communication is outstanding — they kept me informed and involved at every stage of the project. The team is extremely well-coordinated and professional, and they always made sure I understood what was happening and why. What really sets them apart is how proactive and honest they are. While working on the main project, they walked me through some additional options I could take care of at the same time — and showed me how to do it in a much more cost-effective way. That kind of integrity and thoughtfulness is rare. They were also a huge help when it came to dealing with insurance. They went to bat for me with adjusters, making sure I got the coverage I deserved. They truly go above and beyond!
