James is absolutely superb. His patience and attention to detail are by far some of the best I’ve encountered. I’m very particular about what I like, and I’m something of a perfectionist, which can be irritating for others at times, but at no point did James make me feel like a nuisance or that anything was too much trouble. He always found a resolution and did everything he could to help me reach the end result. I was shopping around and nobody came forward with the ideas James did to help save us. We had an original door in an 1800s property and thought we’d have to take it out and replace it entirely, but James found a way around that. We got exactly what we needed, and sometimes people need to think outside the box to do what’s right for the customer—and James absolutely does that in every way, shape, and form. I highly recommend these guys. Even the fitters went above and beyond to give me a door that I love and cherish. I cannot thank them enough—so super and well done. Thank you all so much!

We are very pleased with the restoration of our Victorian stained glass panels. One of them was badly damaged during an attempted break in, buckling the metal work and destroying the hand-painted design. Art With Glass have been exceptional, replacing the coloured glass with reclaimed pieces and re-painting the original image. Every piece of glass has been cleaned and sparkles. The clear heritage glass is incredible. Thank you AWG for your expertise, craft-work and attention to detail, we highly recommend your work.

They were thoughtful, gave us a lovely variety of design options to choose from, and were very patient & helpful with our to-ing and fro-ing with alterations on the details. What lovely craftsmen at this shop. I took two stain glass butterflies that needed some TLC. My sister’s and I had 3 made by AWG for our Mum’s 75 birthday each in a different colour to remind her of her 3 girls - she has just turned 90 and has gone into care. As I was hanging one of them up I dropped it, breaking the body part, the other butterfly needed a bit of soldering. I took them for repair and they were completed the next day, both looking as good as the day they were first made. My mum adores these glass butterflies and I can now take them to decorate her room. They refused payment for this job which was so kind and I’m so thrilled that this company mended my mums butterflies with such care. Top local business run by lovely people 5⭐️ stars. And their stained glass pieces for doors and windows are just astonishingly beautiful. Thank you.
