Billie with Artistic floors was amazing. He helped me match my red oak staircase to the brown flooring. He was so knowledgeable & relieved my concerns. He knew what products were needed & how to get the perfect stain to match. It was a process that I could not do on my own. All of my attempts prior to Billie coming to my house & diagnosing the problem & solution were futile! I highly recommend Billie with Artistic Floors if you want it to be done right! Artistic Flooring has been a total joy to work with, from Billy who measured and estimated our small job (in a walk-in closet) to the two installers who put in the hardwood floor and restored my closet built ins. They did a great job and I couldn't be more pleased. Given the excellent experience, I've already requested estimates for installing engineered hardwood in two additional rooms.

Artistic flooring did an amazing job with a complete downstairs flooring installation in our 20+ year old home. The team of Caleb, Ant, Tanner, and Xavier did an amazing job during the entire process. They were very prompt with their arrival and made sure everything was cleaned up after each day was done. We were very shocked on how much they got done in the first day that they were here. We thought the project would take the entire week to do but the installation took a total of 2.5 days and answered any questions that we had during the installation. They even assisted with putting some of the heavy furniture/decorations back to its location which was very appreciated. I highly recommend Artistic Flooring for any flooring project!

Caleb led the team with Anthony, Xavier, and Tanner — all prompt, professional, and courteous. Their attention to detail was remarkable; you’d think they were working on their own homes. My project was more complex than most, with laminate plank flooring installed on a diagonal, requiring countless precision cuts and careful layout. They handled it flawlessly. When we discovered some damaged plywood under the old flooring from a previous window leak, Caleb and Anthony replaced the subfloor quickly and professionally, keeping the schedule right on track. Everything — from moving and resetting furniture and appliances to reinstalling toilets, painting, and caulking the white quarter round — was done with care and craftsmanship. I would 10000% recommend Artistic Flooring! We bought a house with uneven, thin LVP flooring and asked for help. Billy took a look at what we were working with, came up with several estimates and options, and ultimately we decided to refinish and stain the floors underneath. A surprise defect in the center of the room didn’t slow them down at all, and by the time they were done you would have never been able to tell. These guys worked hard and you can tell they really have pride in the work they do and the end product. Cannot say enough great things about this company!
