2024: Had the lawn installed almost 10 years ago... Still in great shape, but needed a tidy up and freshen up. The team came out and looked at it and DIDN'T sell me a new lawn but suggested a service using one of their fantastic new lawn care machines (they even have a guy who can help with it if you wanted!). Great group and really appreciate the honest and helpful advice!
ADDENDUM 2026: 2 year later... It was time to change the lawn and could not be happier with the new lawn. Good honest quote (talked me out of an unnecessary under lay) and great install team (polite and so tidy!). Strong recommend for the product and team!

About 12 years ago, we installed a lawn with ALC. Then about 2 years ago, Sam and team came back and tidied up the lawn, with a view that there was still a bit of life in it (NOT selling us a new installation). But a few more years went by and it was time... Sam quoted (talking us out of an unnecessary under lay) and about a month later we had a new lawn. Some back luck with weather and the installation took 2 days, but the two teams that came were timely, polite and very informative. They cleaned up end of day, better than when they had arrived! Great product and team! Definitely strong recommendation!

Rude, entitled and absolute disregard for others.
This company came to my street to do work for a neighbour. They have no regard for council regulations, they worked past 1pm on Saturday, and a second lorry showed up today, Sunday, when no noisy works are permitted, woke me up before 8am and started work around 8:30am making lots of noise in my very built up area. Yesterday when I called at the house they were working on to ask them to stop the worker was rude and told me, to paraphrase that he knew about the permitted noisy working hours but was working for a friend so he'd do what he wants. Right now I am very tired, stressed and upset by the behaviour of this company, and I have been forced to close my window on the hottest weekend of the year. I will be making a formal complaint and I am hoping like hell they don't show up tomorrow, Bank Holiday Monday, when they shouldn't be working either. The blatant disregard for others is staggering and I wouldn't hire this company.

Could not have asked for a better experience when getting our front garden done. Sam was very professional and we were amazed at how quickly and efficiently he was able to get the job done. We are so happy with the transformation (see picture) and can not recommend Sam and his team enough!

Sam and his team were amazing!
From start to finish we were really happy. The customer service was friendly and helpful from the very first call, and Sam came over quickly to provide a quote.
The price was very reasonable compared to some of the other quotes we received, and there were plenty of samples for us to choose from.
We’re absolutely delighted with the finished job … our garden looks fantastic now.

Absolutely delighted with the transformation of my garden. From start to finish, this company delivered nothing but excellence. Sam came around with a very respectful demeanour to take measurement and give me the options have got. Laura answered my questions over the phone and gave me some good suggestions which am glad about it. The team Alirio and Roberto arrived on time, worked efficiently and treated my home with care and professionalism. My new artificial lawn looks incredible, lush, vibrant and perfectly laid with sharp clean edges that make the whole space look like something out of a show home. I needed replacement artificial lawn as I had had some building work done and my previous lawn had been damaged and was not long enough. From contacting The Artificial Lawn Company, the whole process was quick, efficient and simple. Their products are excellent and I chose the supreme lawn. The fitters were wonderful and dealt with everything including moving garden furniture. I cannot praise this company enough and would recommend them to anyone contemplating having artificial grass. I have dogs and this is a practical option. I should have taken the photograph before we had leaf shed as it is now the beginning of November but I am very pleased indeed with the result.

We had an amazing experience with Sam and the artificial lawn company.Extremely professional from beginning to end of process and the garden looks absolutely fantastic!Would highly recommend this company! We went from recommendations from 7 others that have had their gardens transformed by Sam and his team and we wouldn’t have gone anywhere else. The quality of grass is second to none, the quality of work is fantastic and it was all completed within one day.We now have a beautiful garden that is, the baby and the dog can all enjoy :)
