My initial experience with Art's wasn't great. The first deep clean (required before starting ongoing service) wasn't impressive, one of the people they sent was sick, and they tried to charge a different rate than they quoted via Yelp. I decided to stick with them, though, because they're very responsive to criticism, and seemed to genuinely make things right.
After a few months of service, I'm glad I did stick with them. Our regular cleaner, Asel, is phenomenal. Any changes to schedule, etc., are communicated well ahead of time. Pricing isn't the cheapest, but it's also not the most expensive (for whatever reason, cleaning services in South OC are just very, very expensive, even compared to NY, where I was last).

The lady that cleaned our bathroom did a wonderful job! She took about 2.5 hours for 2.5 bathrooms and it was spotless. I am happy to have found such a reliable cleaning service!

I would 1000% not recommend this business.
I had two cleaners, Sergey and Anna S, scheduled for a move-out clean. I had specific areas that I needed assistance with- not the entire house.
The first problem arose when they arrived without certain cleaning supplies and had to run to the store to buy more. Then they proceeded to use such harmful cleaning chemicals that I couldn't be inside the house- even though I had stated that I had stuff I needed to do while they were there. The cleaning products were SO strong that I couldn't even be outside- I had to leave. After an a couple hours I figured they would be done. I came home to find EVERY DOOR to my house locked- even the one from house to garage. They had locked me out. Obviously I had keys but still.... Very weird.
I asked them how much longer and they seemed very out off. There were TWO of them and should have been nearly finished! After another hour I told them that was it- they needed to leave. They were SLOW, RUDE, and BAD at cleaning. There was residue in the toilets from cleaner, the drawers/cupboards were vacuumed but not wiped out, and the kitchen some spots that weren't clean.
All in all, this was a VERY stressful experience and complete waste of time and money. I had to clean AFTER they left. The owner did give me a discount which was appreciated but still- they were not worth the money and waste of time. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else!!!
We booked a deep house cleaning plus carpet cleaning while preparing for our baby’s arrival. The carpet cleaning was excellent — the carpets already look noticeably fresher and cleaner while drying, and we were very impressed with that service.
The house cleaning was more mixed. Some areas were done very well (oven, bathrooms, mirrors, shutters, baseboards), and the team was very kind and hardworking. However, several areas that we would expect from a “deep clean” were missed, including dusty ceiling fan tops, cobwebs on the ceiling, plants, surround sound speakers, and dust under furniture/nightstands. Some surfaces also appeared lightly dusted rather than fully cleaned.
If this had been a standard cleaning, we probably would’ve been very happy overall. Our disappointment mainly came from paying specifically for a deep clean and still finding several high-dust/detail areas untouched afterward.
Overall, not a bad experience, but for the price of a deep clean, we expected more attention to detail throughout the house.
***UPDATE***
After posting my review, Catherine personally reached out to discuss our concerns and genuinely made an effort to make things right. I was very glad to see that customer service and accountability clearly matter to this company. They were responsive, professional, and clearly cared about customer satisfaction, which I sincerely appreciate in any business. I will absolutely be re-booking Art’s for future cleaning services.

To be fair, I should have asked them to revisit the floors before they left, but by the time I finished checking everything, they were already packed up and ready to go, so it felt a little awkward to ask them to unpack and redo it.
Everything else was handled well, but the rushed mopping and dumping mop water in the yard kept this from being a 5-star experience. Overall, I’d say they were friendly and easy to work with, but I think a little more attention to the final floor cleaning would have made a big difference.

Kate is GREAT, she takes care of our regularly scheduled 2 hour maintenance cleaning! They spent extra attention on high traffic areas and left the house in great condition. We are repeat customers and definitely rebook!
