my dishwasher broke 3 weeks ago. it had been dieing for a couple of days, so every plate, bowl, glass, mug, spoon, pot, pan, container in the house was in my sink, and around it.. I eat a ton of cereal and it was caked on to the bottom of all of the bowls and in many cases molding. landlord can't find the part, I've been too busy to deal with it. and it was getting bad. it was really bad situation in that kitchen. yesterday I decided I needed help . the rest of the kitchen was a mess as it was, I'm painting and reorganizing. I can not stress enough how nasgty was. I found Arts here on Yelp and they had good reviews and really good prices. Olga came in 1 day. I couldn't be happier. Im bad about leaving reviews, but this business is really really good. they are very affordable, especially for the service they provide. they made it really simple to setup. I got the kitchen deep clean for 150$ for 2.5 hour. Olga was very nice, was here right on time, brought and used all of her own supplies she did an amazing job. she did the entire kitchen. she left everything organized. it was a mess, I had boxes and files, documents old mail everything all over the place. it's spotless now. they made a disaster of a situation so simple for me to get done. thank you, Olga and Art's- My house had gotten really uncomfortable it feels so nice to have that kitchen back it's very rare to come across a business this professional, efficient, affordable and good.

Kate is GREAT, she takes care of our regularly scheduled 2 hour maintenance cleaning! They spent extra attention on high traffic areas and left the house in great condition. We are repeat customers and definitely rebook!

I called them 3 days ago to set up a time for them to come in, but they never showed up! They didn't even bother to call and say they weren't coming, so I called them to see where they were. They told me, "Oh sorry, we forgot about you," and I'd been sitting there for 2 hours waiting for someone to show up!

Lot of great reviews for Art's, but my experience thus far has been poor. Reached out for bids on bi-weekly cleaning via Yelp. As many services do, they insist on a "deep cleaning" before they'll start recurring services. Art's prices are towards the higher end of the spectrum, but not the highest. The deep cleaning was two cleaners for three hours. It wasn't a deep cleaning in any traditional sense, but they did a decent job. Problem is, one of the cleaners they sent was sick, and proceeded to sneeze every two minutes for three hours. Now trying to get on their biweekly schedule. I was quoted one price for biweekly services via Yelp, and then was given a price almost double that on their text message system. Mind you, all of the variables about the house and the cleaning expectations are provided prior to Art's sending anyone to the house. And, now I've been rescheduled three different times before my first recurring cleaning has even occurred, without them bothering to get a confirmation from me that any of the rescheduling would actually work for me. I'll give them a chance and update this review if things improve, but a rough start so far. Giving them a second star because they're pretty easy to get in touch with.

I've hard a hard time finding a dependable service that is both thorough in their cleaning and responsive in their communication. Art's provided both. They consistently communicate with you from the time of scheduling to completion and payment. The cleaning was exceptional! I will have them back again and again. I really appreciate the communication process and ability to reach someone and have communications via email and text throughout the process.
