More Romanian restaurants should have gents like him on staff: attentive, kind, detail oriented! Simply happy overall with the experience, and highly recommend. We are at lunch inside in the wine cellar which we had all to ourselves. Most popular times are late evening. The did was really good and the wine pairing perfect. We had the Japanese tuna tartar with a glass of rose S.E.R.V.E. and carbonara and Cezar shrimp salad with a glass of Romanian Pinot from Dagon Last Barrel. Excellent lunch
