Probably the best experience in București, my favorite, certainly . An authentic Carbonara, truly, and the wine selection is very solid! Everything is delicious, the authenticity and quality from the cold cuts to the crepe Suzette is just impressive. Well thought out menu, and Alex is a gem of a server. More Romanian restaurants should have gents like him on staff: attentive, kind, detail oriented! Simply happy overall with the experience, and highly recommend. Plus, incredible playlists which make for a perfect blend of bearable conversation at your table, background music, and just a bit of chatter for. The crowd. All stops are made here!
We are at lunch inside in the wine cellar which we had all to ourselves. Most popular times are late evening. The did was really good and the wine pairing perfect. We had the Japanese tuna tartar with a glass of rose S.E.R.V.E. and carbonara and Cezar shrimp salad with a glass of Romanian Pinot from Dagon Last Barrel. Excellent lunch
