Malgré un début chaotique, et grâce a la réactivité du gérant et sa disponibilité, nous avons passé un bon séjour.
☺Emplacement idéal à proximité du quartier historique. ( office du tourisme, halles, restaurants, parking souterrains payants à proximité)
☹Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons constaté qu’aucun ménage avait été fait.
Nous avons contacté le gérant qui a était très réactif, et malgré notre arrivée tardive à 21h, nous a proposé de faire intervenir en urgence une société pour le ménage.
Malheureusement, le strict nécessaire a été fait. Changer les draps, serviettes de toilettes et vider la poubelle. Mais les sanitaires ainsi que la douche n’ont pas été fait. Nous avons dû le faire nous-mêmes en rentrant.
Attention, pas de double vitrage et travaux à proximité, vous réveillant le matin de bonne heure.

Se necesitan arreglos
☹El apartamento esta bien en general, pero el piso de abajo muy ruidoso, tanto la calle, como los vecinos o las cañerías. La cama muy vieja y el equipamiento de la cocina hecho con sobras, el armario está a punto de caer de la pared. Hay un agujero en la puerta del balcón donde entra todo el frío, se deberían arreglar estas cosas. Está dejado.
La ducha y la limpieza muy bien. Stephane, el encargado, fue muy amable y nos ayudó mucho. Gracias!

Estáncia muy agradable y bien ubicado.
☺La ubicación,la comodidad y la predisposición del propietario.
Está a 5 min de la zona de paseo donde se montan las paradas navideñas y la preciosa decoración de navidad y del autobús B que te lleva a la estación de tren en 10 min.
A 3 min del mercado de les Halles donde comer variado,a 5min de la oficina de turismo y de un carrefour express.
Bien aprovechado el espacio a pesar de ser pequeño,estancia muy agradable.

☺ The bed was huge and very comfy, decor was lovely, the balcony is beautiful and the facilities are great The location was right in the centre but there was never any noise from the street so we always had a good night's sleep and could easily access the city.
☹ A little cold, but it's winter so that's to be expected.

No us hi quedeu, molt desagradable
☺La localització
☹- no està GENS insonoritzat, els veïns fen festa fins les 2 del matí i després engegant la TV a les 5am.
- està brut. Quan vam entrar vaig haver de reclamar que vinguessin a canviar els llençols perquè hi havia pèls.
- tots els utensilis de cuina estaven bruts
- a la nevera hi havia menjar començat d’altres hostes
- la escala per pujar és molt estreta
- el llit i els coixins són molt incòmodes
