Excellent service! The dealership wanted nearly $4,000 to replace my 2 rims, but ARS Wheel Repair was able to repair it and save me thousands of dollars. The rim came out great, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Professional, knowledgeable, and definitely worth recommending. If you need a wheel repaired, give these guys a call!
Be careful with these guys. Completely unprofessional work. Dropped off my BMW and asked them to be careful with putting my M stickers back on the wheels after simple powder coating. I get home and two of the stickers have flown off. They also incorrectly set my tires and overinflated them. I had to park and be late for an appointment to correct the tire pressure by hand. My car and wheel were also covered in debris. I'm currently talking to them for a refund and to collect the cost of the stickers that they didn't adhere properly. The powder coating itself is 7/10 internal to the wheel well I see some discoloration and bumps. Hopefully the owner can resolve these issues don't be carried away with the 4.9 stars they are not professional

They were honest and helpful when another tire shop gave me incorrect information and had me remove the wrong wheel. They quickly tested it, confirmed it wasn’t bent, and worked with me after I identified the correct one. Once we found it, they removed it, repaired the bent wheel, and got me back on the road the same day given my circumstance. Great service and professionalism.
