We had a wonderful week in the summer time, so it was the warmest we’ve experienced Arrowtown so far. Fortunately the last couple of nights were a bit cooler so we got to make use of the fire. Peonies in the garden were a great treat. Looking out over the hedges to the incredible surrounding mountains was an absolute delight. We enjoyed playing some of our childhood board games in the down time and we made some delicious home cooked meals in the well provided for kitchen. A lovely holiday home we would be very happy to stay in again. Thank you.

We loved our stay in this beautiful property! Excellent location, only a short walk into town, yet so quiet & peaceful. Also super close to the river & trails to enjoy hiking & cycling. The house itself is gorgeous - modern, stylish & thoughtfully designed & fit out with everything you could ever want & need. We can’t wait to come back!

The house and sleep out were so comfortable especially the beds! We all slept so well after relaxing in the spa in the evenings after sight seeing during the day. The house has lovely kitchen and lounge area and a smart tv for your movie nights. The Main Street of Arrow is walking distance and you are close to the river trails for a stroll or finding your swimming hole. Highly recommend, we will be back. We had a wonderful stay, Sarah’s home is just stunning and the location couldn’t be better. The zoned central heating and cooling was ideal for our baby girl and the space is extremely family friendly. Town is a short beautiful walk, supermarket is super close by and the fireplace and garden were so enjoyable. We will definitely be back. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful week long stay at Sarah’s place in Arrowtown. Sarah was very accommodating and allowed us to check in a day early and bring our dog. Small renovations were being done prior to our check in but Sarah managed to have everything ready for our earlier arrival. We really enjoyed the quiet area whilst still being convenient to the center of town. Thank you Sarah!
DID NOT FIND SARAH THAT GOOD TO DEAL WITH. HAD STAYED THERE A FEW YEARS BACK WHEN SHE WAS NOT INVOLVED AND IT WAS EXCELLENT. WE DID HAVE TO RESCHEDULE DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL AND SHE WAS NOT AT ALL ACCOMMODATING ADDING ANOTHER CHARGE BECAUSE IT WAS A LONG WEEKEND. NOT IMPRESSED!!!

When you needed to reschedule your June booking (the day before you were due to check in), I waived our cancellation policy and moved you to new dates. There was a $70 seasonal rate difference. I'm sorry you were disappointed with our interaction, but I'm proud to work with guests and provide flexibly where possible, while maintaining fair business practices.

Beautiful place to stay just a few minutes drive from Queenstown. Picturesque views from the window.
☺ Loved how it was only a 7min drive from the centre of Queenstown. Was away from the chaos of tourist but close enough to do a lot of activities.

We can't speak highly enough of this place. Immaculately clean and curated, this home is the perfect walking distance to Arrowtown, either through town or along the river. We enjoyed being in such close proximity to great restaurants and bars, as well as a number of hikes and wineries. Just a short drive from Queenstown, but much more quaint and quiet than the extremely busy Queenstown proper. We much preferred staying in the Arrowtown area. Sarah also accommodated our last minute booking as we needed a quick place to stay. Highly recommend!

Cute cottage. Everything about the house was high quality - the pictures are spot on. Also great to have a back verandah and pretty back yard. Very close walk to main strip and all the restaurants/bars and also coffee/grocery store. Sarah very responsive and friendly. Such a pretty town and great place to stay - beats Queenstown by a country mile!
