The place was clean, up to date, and very comfortable. The instruction book for the place contained any and all information to use all appliances and equipment. Parking was very convenient. Being outside of Queenstown was actually a plus. Only dealt with the Queenstown crowd when we chose to go to town. Also, very convenient to the Coronet Peak Ski bus (less than 100 meters walking distance). That was great!

We loved our stay in Arrowtown. The house is warm and cosy, with all the amenities a large family needs. It was spotlessly clean, with beautiful linens. On top of that, Sarah was an amazing host, friendly and responsive to any questions. Arrowtown is a great location for skiing at all the major skifields. I would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends wanting to visit Queenstown.

Fantastic location with a lovely walk to Arrowtown shops. Beautiful and stylish home that was impeccably clean. Beds were very comfortable and the ample linen crisp and snuggly. The owner has literally thought of everything that you need. Will definitely be staying again.

Definitely a 5-Star. what a beautiful location with amazing mountain views and located just 5 mins from the airport and about 10-15 mins from the Queenstown town centre. The place is very well equipped with everything that you need. the host has definitely put a lot of effort into taking care of their guests. We had no complaints at all. The host was very responsive and helped us with a lot of local recommendations. I definitely recommend this place if you are reading this review to decide.

Sarah's place is good, overall clean, and well organized. Frankton is a good location between Queenstown and Arrowtown, and we just needed to get around the airport to get to her place, which, at the end of the working day, can be a busy road. The host's communication was fairly responsive. We had minor issues with the doors of the master bedroom which hopefully would be fixed quickly.

Could not fault this place! Amazing view, convenient location, spotlessly clean and very spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The heat pumps/AC both upstairs and downstairs were great. Highly recommend and hope to stay again.
