I received a call prior to my appointment time for service to let me know the tech was on the way. Courtney was very personable and knowledgeable about the products he was using to treat my home and answered all my questions about the service. He did a thorough job and let me know if I had any issues between appointments what I could do to resolve them. Very professional and appeared to enjoy his job.cCourtney is the best , always pleasant and smiling. I don't think this guy ever has a bad day. Great customer service.
