Anyone considering replacing the roof must meet with Arrowhead Roofing, owner, Brad Allen.
I wish I had known of him when we lived out in Las Colinas having a nightmare experience with a roofing company. Short version is, took her money. I never started the roof!
Of course,, You can understand,through our previous experience, very skeptical not trusting anyone related to roof roofing. We were referred to Brad from our neighbor, and extremely happy with his roofing company, Arrowhead Roofing! Before meeting with Brad, did a little homework and immediately felt this man is true to his word and he is.. We worked with Randy—he was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We had gutters and solar screens installed. There was a small hiccup with the solar screens since a few of our windows had slightly different measurements top to bottom, but it got sorted out and everything turned out great. I called arrowhead last year to get some solar screens put on my house. They got a guy out the next day to give me an estimate and measure all the windows and told me it’s about a 7 to 8 week turnaround, which wasn’t too bad at the time. Fast forward eight months and me calling the guy four or five times just to hear that they were backed up at the warehouse. I still don’t have my solar screens. At the point I have pretty much given up until someone in the company called and said they got the rest of my screens delivered and they are at the shop at to which point I told them I have yet to receive any screens And how unhappy I was and That I was moving on and just gonna have somebody else do it I had already got one screen for my house just to see from another company, which was the main one I wanted when I called arrowhead which they told me was the most expensive at 500 and that the whole house was gonna cost me 1100 or 1200. Arrowhead sends out a manager to measure all the windows again and try to earn my business and tells me they will give me a discount at which point ended up only being $200 off the original price which doesn’t make sense because I already had the most expensive window they were quoting me for I didn’t need it just the rest of the house. I’m not saying don’t use arrowhead I’m just saying be cautious. I’m guessing they just sent me one bad employee for the first time who at some point doesn’t even work there anymore which is no surprise.

Found Arrowhead Solar Screens on the internet. Left a message received a call back and spoke with Tanner Flores. He was very knowledgeable and friendly walked me through everything they will be doing and the turnaround.
Angel came out and did the measurements and showed me pictures and the screens colors; he did everything that Tanner said they would do in a professional manner. I am very big on customer service
I look forward to seen the work they will do at my home. I like to do a review before and after the work is done, because customer service and the work a company do goes hand and hand, you can’t have one without the other.
