I found the customer service orientation of Arrow Express to be at the forefront of my my experience with them, with excellent availability, responsiveness, and clear communication. I found that they were experts who explained situations and solutions clearly. Their internal communication was thorough, with all team members having a shared awareness of my account. I highly recommend Arrow Express! They have been enormously helpful and responsive assisting various clients through my auction house, Doyle in NYC. We love using them. Brian is prompt and courteous, and their quote for shipping seven paintings from Texas to NYC was very competitive. I felt that our client's artwork was very safely handled. Always a job well done.
We use Arrows for most of our national and international shipping in the last 2 years as they usually have the lowest rates and are very responsive & reliable (Brian or Gabriel)
We recently shipped a large painting 75 x 48“ from NY to India and 4 x very heavy 9ft tall mirrors from NY to Portugal. Everything arrived in impeccable condition, highly recommended
I’ve used Arrow for quite a few shipments at this point out of NY. My shipments have included paintings and antique clocks, both very fragile and high value items. Arrow sends them well crated and protected and is very prompt in both responses and in shipping. Their prices are very competitive.
On September 9, 2025, Miguel came to collect a large painting for shipment to Georgia. Miguel was courteous, respectful and worked 'clean' in wrapping the painting. A truly “White Glove” experience from start to finish! I could not have been more satisfied and impressed with Arrow’s service.
I had built a very large high-end custom dollhouse for a client. The dollhouse had to be brought from our workroom in New Jersey to the client’s apartment in Manhattan.
I contacted Brian at Arrow Express because I had used them several times in the past to crate and ship high-end dollhouses to other clients.
The workers are exceptionally nice and know what they are doing. They came to my workroom and built a crate for the dollhouse and handled it with great care.
The delivery in Manhattan was a bit complicated as it was going to a pre-war building with a small freight elevator and difficult turns to maneuver.
But Eddie (the foreman) and his men were not daunted at all!
They surveyed the situation and figured out the best way to handle. Then they proceeded with tremendous skill and most importantly great care. The dollhouse was delivered and set in its place in perfect condition!!
I could not have been more pleased!
I would highly recommend Arrow Express anytime!

I have used Arrow twice now to pickup and ship auction purchased photographs. Recently they had to go to a NYC auction house that did not package a photo that was neither mounted, matted or framed. Arrow did the pickup and packaging in a professional manner and the shipping and receipt were timely. This could have been a mess with a less reliable shipper. Refreshing to find a company that does exactly what you ask them to do, and does it well. I will use them in the future.
This company has been providing services to my company Packing Service, Inc. many times and will used them again, highly recommended to all using their services.

I had a wonderful experience. The pricing was fair and communication was always very quick and efficient. The team that showed up on site was very professional and careful while working within my home. They left the place very clean and I would definitely recommend them to anyone crating art or furniture.

WARNING!! HORRENDOUS experience- used Arrow for many years but staffing may have changed recently
a month ago I shipped to Europe, hiring Brian as a intermediary between myself and Fedex- Brian’s team completely dropped the ball- very poor communication from them, time after time, had to call Brian literally to get him to call FedEx and do his job, information was updated late- he relayed false information from FedExon multiple occasions- I got stuck with a 1000$ bill and package returned- never again arrow express
might take a lawsuit to reclaim my loss, due to Negligence and breach of duty for failing to communicate needed information from FEDEX to myself,
