We had a hole in our TPO roof and Arrington Roofing is the company we used to repair the hole. They communicate the details extremely well and they do a great job. I have used the company over many years and have appreciated the integrity of this business as well as the quality of their work.

Randy Eubanks with Arrington Roofing was excellent and Mario as well who replaced all of my wood and painted as well and repairs on inside of house. Very good for informing you of why they don't skip corners and do the roof and all work correctly.

I had repairs made to my roof to exclude squirrels from getting into my attic, through gaps around the plumbing pipes. It has been weeks since the repairs were made, and it is so nice to not hear them in my attic anymore. I will use Arrington Roofing when I decide to get a full roof replacement.

We chose Arrington Roofing because of all the information we received from them before we signed a contract. Randy did a great job of providing the information we needed to make an informed decision and making us comfortable with what they were proposing for a roof replacement for our home. Their price was very competitive. When the install date was approaching, we were given the name of the crew chief (Ricky) and the quality control supervisor (Edgar). Both were very nice and helpful. We chose the class 4 impact resistant shingles because they will save us $900 a year on our homeowners insurance. The work was completed in a day and a half with no issues arising. They cleaned up well. Going over the yard and especially the driveway and road around the house several times making sure no nails or debris remained. A final walk through showed excellent work with the promise that if we found anything that concerned us in the next few weeks they would come out and address it. They also give a 10 year workmanship warrenty on top of the 30 year warranty on the shingles. I am very impressed with Arrington and the way they do business. I highly recommend them.

We hired Arrington Roofing to make repairs specifically to prevent a roof leak, and we also paid them to replace 2 skylights. The skylights whistled for months, and despite calling regularly to get the issue resolved, we never received a response until I finally posted a Google review.
Fast-forward a little over a year, and we ended up with the exact problem we were trying to avoid—a roof leak in the area they supposedly repaired. The leak ran down into the wall and into the flooring of the room we were originally concerned about, causing significant damage and expenses 4x the cost of the original work.
To make matters worse, we had another roofer inspect the area. He told us he could not see any evidence that repairs had ever been done.
Our experience with Arrington Roofing has been extremely disappointing. Lack of communication, poor workmanship, and ultimately a failed repair that resulted in major damage. I cannot recommend them.

Hi Susan, we regret that we could not come to an understanding on this project. We are sorry for the lack of communication earlier on when the skylights were whistling and we take full responsibility for the lapse in our typically stellar customer service. We are not perfect and we are very regretful when we fail to maintain our high standard for ourselves.
In regards to the leak- We understand another roofer claims that no work was performed, but we have evidence and photos that show otherwise. Our management sent those photos to your husband. As I mentioned we are not perfect, but we would never take payment and not perform work.
We always send a notice along with our labor warranty that roofs need to be maintained. The design of the roof in this area and the presence of a water diverter on the gutters made matters worse as it allowed debris to pile up at a rapid rate. Shingle roofs are water shedders, not water proofers, it is imperative water can flow off of a roof, otherwise it will not function correctly. There are many pictures of huge mounds of debris on the roof and places where the damming was so bad that it actually rotted out the siding due to the debris holding water. Unfortunately, this leak was a result of a lack of maintenance and poor structural design, and we hold the view that our repair functioned as intended. We understand you cut back or completely removed the tree over the house that was causing this issue. You also made it clear that you have someone to continually clean out your gutters, so you understand the importance of maintenance- however when we were there in September of this year, feet of debris were present on the roof.
Overall, we were not perfect in our dealings with you, we should have communicated better early on in the dealings with the skylight, however the integrity of our repairs were sound and the importance of roof maintenance was communicated in writing through our warranty package. I can’t recommend Arrington enough. 2 1/2 years ago, after a bad storm, I called Arrington and Randy came out the next day. If he told me I needed a new right then, I would have believed him as it was old and in rough shape. But he told me he found no leaking and it could wait a bit. It would have been difficult to swing back then.
Finally ready for that roof and he came back with samples and colors, and suggested I talk to my insurance agent about any possible discounts. A few days ago the crew came out and installed a beautiful class 4 roof, which the significant discount my insurance co is giving on my homeowners policy will pay for the roof long before it wears out. They also replaced some decking and did other work for us. A top notch company, they kept me in the loop every step.
