This company is disgustingly unprofessional under no circumstances should you hire them family of mine were harassed over a missed payment that was paid in due time they claim to be a family oriented and Christian company but had the owner reach out with empty threats on their PERSONAL facebooks im appalled. Also her comment on her review stating their FINANCES on a public forum is mind boggling. Overpriced and not worth what they’re charging there are cheaper and MUCH more professional options.

I hope their service is better than their driving, they nearly swiped the front of my car cutting me off in Gulfport today smh

I had a major failure of the sewer line where it connected to the city connection. They ran a camera and pinpointed the location of the repair under concrete and made a 2 foot x 2 foot cut into the concrete and got the line repaired. They did an excellent job. All of there workers were excellent and I would definitely recommend them.

Most unprofessional company
Hands down one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. I called in the morning to get a toilet fixed — nobody mentioned anything about a pending invoice. Then suddenly in the afternoon, when the guys showed up, they refused to start until I paid some “old invoice” I was never even told about.
When I called the office to clear it up, the admin was unbelievably rude and had zero customer service skills. First, she claimed they sent reminders by email (they didn’t), then switched her story and said they mailed them (also false). Instead of admitting their mistake, she blamed me and spoke to me like I was in the wrong.
The lack of communication and basic professionalism is shocking. Their staff clearly don’t talk to each other, and they treat paying customers with complete disrespect. Absolutely terrible service — I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
