I can't imagine any eye care facility that deserves a better review than this one. As a 70 year old, I had previously learned I have cataracts and my vision is declining steadily. My local facility only gets mediocre reviews, which for starters was a major concern. Additionally, a friend was definitely not happy with her cataract surgery results there. With a lot of thought, I chose to cancel with the local facility and look elsewhere. Arora eye care had fantastic reviews but... was a 3 hour drive from my home. That said, I wanted to feel secure that an expert was going to give me the care I needed, and the peace of mind knowing that I wasn't just another patient. Also I wanted to know that I would be in the hands of experts who hopefully cared about me, and my eyes. As soon as I opened the door at Arora I sensed that this place really knows eye care. The reception area was spotless, and the staff exuded an excellent mix of professionalism and genuine warmth. Dr. Arora patiently listened to my vision history and was genuinely interested in me as a person. I had a ton of questions and he was eager to answer all of them. I could see that the instruments and equipment at the facility looked new and modern. Modern enough that they didn't even need to dilate my pupils for the exam. I was given thorough tests that my old local clinic never even conducted. Dr. Arora and I unanimously and jointly decided I could wait for the cataract surgery a bit and I will see him again in a few months. I liked that he was joining with me in a very professional way to reach a conclusion, not coercing me one bit. This is a Dr. who is not only highly knowledgeable, but extremely personable and approachable. When it comes to your eyesight at this stage of life, it comes down to trust. This clinic is a breath of fresh air and has gained my trust in spades. Thank you so much Dr. Arora and staff. You were 1000 percent worth the 3 hour drive to get to your facility.
