First of all, they don't show menus or whatever when you arrive or seat you.
Both of those are fine if that's how they operate but I thought it was odd.
We sat down and ordered our shisha, it was decent but we weren't even asked if we wanted coconut coal or regular. Just bad customer service and the lady at the door picked her nose when billing us out lol.

We were in town for a couple weeks and upon recommendations from friends, we came to Pure. Not Only do they have great customer service, the owners, especially Bana, know their craft and can hook you up with the best shisha in town. The place plays good music, and let customers choose music if they so need. I would recommend this hookah place thousand percent.
