I had a great experience with AROCON Roofing. Within hours of calling them about a small roof leak, Hugo arrived at our home. He did an inspection of the roof, provided photos of damaged areas, and repaired several leaking areas for a minimal cost. He also provided a reasonable quote to replace our roof. HIs quick repair work will minimize any additional water damage until the roof is replaced. Very happy with the service provided.

Had a recent leak into my house from a vent. Arocon sent inspector, Hugo Calderon, aarived right on time. Hugo looked in attic, confirmed source of leak and was able to repair. Also, found an issue that I had no idea was happening, and gave some good recommendations for repairs.

Very friendly overall and knew what they were doing. Came to help with some leaks due to improper installation of my roof from the previous owner/contractor who did the job, no leaks at all anymore and definitely gave me piece of mind since my humidity in my attic was crazy. Definitely going to try to get them to replace my roof eventually! Thanks again!

The metal roof they installed itself was not the issue. However, Aracon failed to install a ridge vent or other proper venting, resulting in a near failure of the roof due to mold throughout the entire underlayment system. The roof supposedly had a warranty but after initially agreeing to examine the issues we had and install a proper ridge vent they ghosted us. So we were left holding the bills for $7000+ of mold remediation and vent installation. To make matters even worse the gutter covers they installed were impropertly installed and all came crashing off the roof this past Winter. That will cost us another $1800. I would avoid this company at all costs. They don't stand by their warranty, they don't stand by their work and have a reputation for disappearing when they screw up. We are filing complaints with the Maryland Home Improvement Commision to try and get restitution. Save yourself the trouble. There are other, much more qualified, roofers out there.

Arocon installed my new roof, gutters, and windows a few years ago and I continue to have them come once or twice a year to clean my gutters and inspect my roof. Today Zach did a fantastic job of cleaning my gutters, which were way overdue for cleaning (my fault). Arocon is prompt and reasonably priced, and I will continue to use their services. I highly recommend them for both new services and ongoing maintenance.

I hired this company for a roof inspection and tune-up. They identified and diagnosed an active leak, assuring me that their tune-up package would fix the issue. Just two weeks later, the exact same leak reappeared. When I contacted them to make it right, while the technician came back to inpect, management refused to take responsibility nor refund the amount claiming that leak repairs performed during a "tune-up" carry no warranty. Be cautious: Do not rely on their tune-up to fix active roof issues, and make sure to get any leak guarantees in writing before paying.

Hi Venugopal, the Roof Tune-Up is designed to provide a detailed inspection and address minor maintenance items such as exposed sealants and caulking. While we do our best to resolve concerns, some issues fall outside the scope of a tune-up. In this case, our inspection found damage related to the solar panel installation rather than the roof itself.

Called Arocon to take a look at what I thought was a roofing issue but they found a different problem not related to the roof but between the roof and the gutters. This issue had gone unnoticed for a while and Hugo the technician took care of it and checked all four corners to make sure they were ok. He found an additional area that needed repair and did that as well. I always have peace of mind knowing that Arocon is maintaining my home's roof and gutters.
