Had swarming yellow jackets in the backyard. Arnolds came out the same day I called, inspected the whole yard and found the nest on the opposite side that we thought it would be. Nest treated, yellow jackets gone! Efficient, reasonable and I would use them for any future pest control needs. A great company.

Brian is the best! This is our 2nd time we called about a squirrel invasion (2 different houses). Talk about good service. He went out and fixed the problem the same day I called. You don't get this kind of service anywhere. Thank you.

The office staff was nice deal with. As far as the worker who put up the tunnel, he put the tunnel in place, there was a space on both sides of it. The squirrels totally ignored the tunnel and they kept going around it and coming & going in & out. It didn't work. The trap placed in the attic, the squirrels ignored that too. I asked for pictures of what he did, he never showed the pictures to me. It took a couple of weeks to see the pictures once he returned to our house for another visit & charge. Once seeing the pictures, I mentioned the space on both sides and you could clearly see the squirrels could go around the tunnel. He said it should work. Long story short, for a week I haven't heard the squirrels so I had a contractor come over, they sealed the whole side of the house where the squirrel where coming & going and now no more squirrels. The contractors got the job done.

This review is confusing. The tech showed you the pictures as is our practice and installed a one way tunnel which worked. A new opening required additional work and an additional charge in accordance with our agreement. Not hearing squirrels for a week is proof that what we did was effective. Phone records show no indication of any dissatisfaction.

From Elaine (office personnel) to the actual person who came to the house to remove the bees, I will say that they were truly the best out of 3 companies I hired this summer. I referred them to 2 other friends that live in the freehold area and were having issues with bees as well. We will all be using Arnold's going forward.

My extended family and I have used Arnold’s Pest control for 20 years for pests like termites, skunks, squirrels, mice, and even rats, with great success. I’ve recently used them for bees, hornets and ants, also with great success. Arnold’s workers are always prompt , professional and honest. Having a long term relationship with local community trade businesses is good for me and the community.

My kids found a hornet's nest in their tree house, and Arnold's Pest Control was at our house first thing, problem solved. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of services I didn't need, and their rates are by far cheaper than other places I had called.
