If you are looking to sell your Rolex, I would highly recommend. Ben was great, gave me a fair price over email. I brought the watch in, he inspected, and had a check in hand within 10 minutes. Staff was very welcoming and they have a ton of Rolex inventory. This is a solid shop.

Wow! Phenomenal business. I purchased an estate ring online from Arnold Jewelers through Ruby Lane. I received a tracking link within an hour. The item shipped immediately and I can hardly believe the excellent packaging and attention to detail. The ring is immaculately clean, exactly as described and even better in person than in the online pictures. It came in a red velvet box and was secure inside a shipping box and padded envelope. Really next level customer service. I would definitely recommend this family owned business and will be coming back for special vintage pieces. Pricing was excellent by the way and they have a really lovely selection online.

Most inadequate individuals as so called owners.
Ordered an item from them online and received a tracking number stating shipped!
I then recieve an email that my item was sold earlier in the month.
They didn’t remove it from their online account after it sold!
After several emails with threats of filing fraud against them the finally refunded my money.
The lady Kim hung up on me and I didn't curse, i just suggested they tighten their protocol up and I'm going to leave if I could a no star rating.
All I received for this mishap were excuses their only human.
Well if Dr.s Surgeons, your Sherrif or military just gave excuses and not owning up to their mistakes is disrespectful and inadequate business performance.
Do not trust or do business with them online.

We take all customer feedback seriously, but we do want to clarify several false statements in this review. The order in question was refunded in full once we discovered that the item had been sold earlier in the month. Zack created a shipping label before discovering the item was no longer in stock. He immediately issued a full refund and promptly emailed the customer to notify him.
We absolutely acknowledge that it was our mistake not to remove the item from our online inventory — we are human and take full responsibility for that oversight. However, this customer was notified of the full refund, as confirmed by our dated records and email correspondence.
Our staff remained polite and professional throughout every interaction, despite being met with hostility and name-calling. While we understand the frustration of a canceled order, calling our family-owned business “fraudulent” after a refund was made is inaccurate and unfair.
Arnold Jewelers has proudly served the Tampa Bay area for over 40 years, built on honesty, integrity, and genuine care for our customers. We’ll always own up to mistakes when they occur — and fix them as quickly as possible, as we did here.
