My experience with Arnold Auto Glass was fantastic! I needed a window replaced and he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole experience.
Having a broken window can be stressful and he made the whole experience stress free, affordable, and quick. I had called a few other places and did not have much luck hearing back from anyone. I called Arnold Auto Glass and immediately had a solution to my window problem. The appointment was at 9am and I was back on the road before 10am! It was a pleasure working with Arnold Auto Glass. My back windshield needed replacement and he was great with communication, had an exact quote for me immediately. Prices beat everyone in my area! He was able to get the glass in before expected and fixed my window in no time! He even offered to let me use his WiFi to work while he was repairing the glass. He helped make light out of an ugly situation by having AI create a nice song. I couldn’t have asked for more!
Arnold Auto Glass exceeded my expectations. I had a cracked windshield and needed it fixed fast. I called them and was able to come in the same day—they had it repaired and ready in less than 24 hours. Everything went smoothly, and they were approved through my insurance (Progressive), which made the process easy.
I originally called a different place, but they had me on the phone with my insurance for 30 minutes just to tell me I’d need to come back in a week after they ordered the glass. That made no sense—why process the claim if you’re not ready to do the work? I canceled immediately.

I highly recommend them for Auto glass replacement! They just replaced my windshield in my 2021 Jeep Rubicon and it was done professionally and very quickly. I didn’t need to make an appointment and wait for four hours for them to show up. I took it directly to them and they had me in and out the door within the hour.
We were traveling from Alabama and Arnold did a great job replacing and recalibrating our front windshield.
Our car was broken into and the rear glass was busted the very next day. They did another awesome job with replacing the second glass within 24hrs and had us back on the road again!
