A very friendly and professional staff that motivated me and encouraged me, even on days I wasn’t doing so well. They kept me going with good humor and praise for every little victory. Ultimately, I “graduated” greatly improved, managing my Parkinson’s symptoms with better strength and coordination! Thank you all! It was a pleasure working with each of you! I’ve been going to armor pt for about 6 months now and I can’t say enough positive things about this place! From the staff at the front desk to all the PTs I interact with everyone always has a smile on their face and filling the room with good vibes and laughter. I am dreading the day I have to stop going! If anyone is looking for a place where you will be heard and helped this is the place!
I’ve been really happy with the care I’ve received here. I’ve made a lot of progress, the physical therapists are great, and Piper in the office is so kind. Each PT does work with up to 2 patients per appt slot, however it’s never caused any issues in receiving great individual care and they’re very attentive.
Absolutely love Armor! Every appointment has been thorough and comfortable. Both their office staff and their physical therapists are kind, professional, and inefficient. We have had no issues at all with them, especially with dealing with insurance, which is usually a nightmare. Highly recommend! Especially Mari and Cara.
I have had multiple therapists and they have all been so wonderful. They have a great community within the Kalamazoo office. It is always a pleasure to go. They do such a wonderful job adjusting exercises to how I’m feeling that day. If anything arises they are happy to answer questions and do their best to help. The front desk (Matt) is incredible too. He always greats me when I walk in and is always a smiling face.

A friend recommended Stefany Schiller, who is certified in cranial manipulation, at Armor Physical Therapy in Kalamazoo. EXCELLENT - beyond my expectations! Not only are her therapy sessions helping relieve dizziness connected to neck muscles and ears, but her assigned daily exercises have led to compliments on my posture!
I am very satisfied with my experience at Armor PT in Kalamazoo. My therapist is Stefany. She is amazing. I have done a lot of PT in my life and this is the first time where I have felt like my concerns were heard and I wasnt pushed too hard. She is so kind and makes therapy something I look forward to doing. I can see the improvements in my strength and functioning since coming here. Especially because I have EDS, so PT is a slow journey for me. I would definitely recommend this place.
