We recently worked with Armor Proof Pavers and Masonry, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Mike was unbelievable throughout the whole process. He was professional, honest, communicative, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right.
One thing that really stood out was Mike’s patience and commitment to his customers. After the project had already started, we discovered an issue with our pool that required us to stop everything and complete some renovations before the work could continue. Mike had to put the project on hold, and despite the unexpected delay, he was incredibly understanding and accommodating. He stayed in touch, worked around our timeline, and when everything was finally resolved, he came right back and picked up where he left off without missing a beat.
Mike and his team worked extremely hard and took tremendous pride in their work. What impressed me most was Mike’s attention to detail. He noticed a few areas that he felt weren’t up to his standards and had his crew redo them, even though many contractors would have considered the job complete. He wasn’t satisfied until everything looked perfect.
