Ayvd recently had the chance to use this product/service, and I can confidently say that it has been one of the most satisfying experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the beginning, it made a strong impression, and as I continued to explore its features, my appreciation only grew. It is rare these days to find something that combines quality, reliability, and thoughtful design so effectively, but this offering does exactly that. The first thing that captured my attention was the attention to detail. Every part of the experience feels carefully crafted and intentionally designed. Nothing seems rushed or overlooked. Excellent customer service! I was notified by text of a Fraud Alert attempt to charge my account. I was able to select this wasn't valid then I needed to contact the bank. I was connected to Nicky at the Armco CU in Butler PA and she was awesome at helping me order a new card. I have several banks and Armco CU is the best at catching Fraud!

Not only they turned my application and loan approval with exception for approval around in less than 48 hours, they also answered all the questions (like million questions!) along the way. PLUS, they secured for me even better interest rate on the financing than i ultimately expected. Basically, start to finish it was smooth experience that i was skeptical about at the beginning. My first time dealing with CU and they won a committed customer in me now! THANK YOU!

Unable to use app/website outside of country. Wish there were more fee-less ATMs. You can find PNC's everywhere and where they aren't, they refund you the fee.

I wanted to get a credit card to help with my wedding and I tried online but had questions so I went in and waited to meet with someone. Wait time was not bad and the person I got to help me was amazing. The bank workers name was Beckah and she helped make the process easy and relaxing. We talked about different things and it felt like I was chatting with a friend. She was helpful and very easy to talk to. I had a great experience and will be making sure to ask for her next time I need something.

Go see Beckah Bissonnette!!!!!! That’s all I gotta say! So me and my wife have been wanting to get a HELOC for about a year now. We have been to other credit unions in the area and we were NOT pleased with the service we received. So, we kind of gave up on those plans. I convinced my wife to give it one last shot to see what we needed to do or get some guidance on getting a HELOC. We visited our local branch here in Butler and that’s where we met Beckah. As soon as I met her, I knew this experience was going to be different. She was a great listener and answered all the questions we had. We had ALOT. She then began the application process and guided us the entire way through it and explained the process very clearly. When we were done I was so impressed I even opened a checking account while I was in. A couple days later, life happened and I needed a new vehicle. I was worried that going through the HELOC process, I would not be able to get an auto loan. Beckah spoke to her coworkers and made sure that it was okay to proceed with an auto loan. We got confirmation that it was okay to proceed. Beckah then got me an appointment that same day in the morning and guided me through that whole process. I was approved and got the check that same day for me to go purchase my new dream truck. I truly believe that Beckah Bissonnette and Armco Credit Union staff are the best around. I will forever be grateful for treating me, my wife and my son like family. I haven’t had this type of relationship with a financial institution before. Beckah, keep up the great work you are doing. If anyone needs a loan please come see Beckah at Armco Credit Union at 101 Hollywood Rd in Butler.
