A great buying experience with Aaron and great pick up with Matt and Sharon! Their service matches their build quality- fantastic! Made the drive from Maryland to Edmonton to for pick up and even with the tariff it was a great value for the money paid.
These campers are exceptionally well made. The staff at Arkto are incredibly responsive and helpful, with customer service that is better than almost any business I've ever dealt with (seriously, even two years after purchase).
If you're sick of a camper that is constantly having issues, Arkto is the way to go. We have camped very comfortably for up to two weeks with a family of 4 (temperate weather). The amount of storage, and how well laid out these are really makes them way more versatile than you might imagine. I bought ours sight-unseen based on reviews and conversations with other Arkto owners, and while it felt like a bit of a leap of faith, it's turned out to be a fantastic decision.
These trailers aren't cheap by any stretch, but you get good value for the price because of the quality and because these folks stand behind their product.
As a first-time camper owner, I was clueless on so many levels. Other than when I first saw the G12, I knew it was the camper I had always envisioned owning. It was compact, yet large enough to have seating and a table, and allow for our family of 4 to sleep comfortably. Something I could use in all seasons and take anywhere. The limiting factor on where you take the G12 will be your tow vehicle, not the camper itself.
I have always loved camping, but was never a fan of crowded RV parks. Arkto solved all of that. Fill up with water and you have the freedom to explore and find solitude. Typically, I opt for dispersed camping. I feel totally equipped with the ability to power the batteries in multiple ways - the roof solar, a portable solar panel with a long cord (for partially shaded sites where the sun is just out of reach) and the anderson plug connected to the tow vehicle to act as a generator.
As great as the camper is, Aaron and his team are the best part of working with this company. The first time we spoke, Aaron spent 2 hours talking with me...patiently answering every question and explaining every feature. He helped me determine which features I would find useful and which ones I wouldn't. Again, as a first-time camper buyer, this was invaluable and very much appreciated. He even shared his own experiences and tips on how to use the features that have made owning the G12 so much more fun!
I picked up my G12 in June of 2025, making the long trek from Indianapolis. Aaron spent the entire day walking me through the unit in-person. He even gave us helpful tips on where to camp in the area!
I feel the most impressive part of the experience has been the service after the sale. Any time I have an issue, Aaron is there with a quick video or helpful response. My learning curve has been steep, but I have never had a question or concern that has not been addressed promptly. How many times do you purchase something and have the ability to communicate directly with the owner of the company as your contact? I cannot think of another situation.
Owning the G12 has been such a fun experience. Having access to Aaron and his team have made it truly unique. I have never been happier about a large purchase. If you're in the market for an overland camper, you will not regret choosing Arkto!
Great experience with Arkto campers! Aaron and his team’s attention to detail is second to none. We love our G12 and look forward to many camping adventures with our family of 5. Highly recommend Arkto campers!
We purchased our Arkto G12 this winter, took it winter camping and then on a 9-week tour of BC and Alberta. All I can say is this is the best camper we have ever owned and it's great for getting out into the back country. It's tough as nails, no wood construction, with the ability to go anywhere your 4x4 can go.
Aaron is a rock star!
Love Love Love the skilled people who put this trailer together. I think the unit originally was made with wood cabinets, but our unit was one of the first one with the metal interior (drawers). We were expecting wood and got metal. Yes! Owned it for 3 years now and our only hiccup has been with the BMPro/Odyssey104. That being said Aaron is always available to help. Aaron shipped us a refurbished Odyssey link 104 (They now use Redarc), which was able to sync with our phone app. The Android tablet died. No big loss. Everything else has preformed beautifully. Getting ready to grease up the Trimben and hit the road. If you want to add AC here's a link to my upgrade: https://youtu.be/9hF6OyJozdg Ps. So impressed with Aaron that I requested the crew sign the trailer (see photo)

Perfect for mountain adventures
Waking up early to prepare coffee for the trail crew used to be a challenge, but the G12 camper has completely transformed our experience. As base camp cooks for the Colorado Trail Foundation, my wife and I need a reliable, functional setup, and the G12 exceeds all expectations. Its compact, low-profile design is perfect for towing through mountain terrain, and the balance and storage capacity are outstanding—we can easily carry enough supplies to cook for 25+ people twice a day for a week. The optional heavy canvas insulation keeps the interior cozy, even in freezing temps, making mornings much more enjoyable. Its solar-powered inverter adds unmatched convenience for off-grid adventures with our two dogs. The team's support is unbeatable.

After much research and browsing, we settled on Arkto G12 and got our dream trailer delivered in Dec 2025. The features and build quality are second to none. The team in Edmonton is so responsive and supportive before and after the sale.
We have had our Arkto Camper for almost a year now, so I guess it is that time I wrote a review. I am someone who does a lot of research before making any purchase, especially one like this. So I depend on people writing reviews. During my research I found that everyone had nothing but good things to say. So I increased my effort to find the complaints, but I couldn't anything. So we took a leap of faith and contacted Aaron at Arkto Campers. Now, after (almost) a year of owning our camper and dealing with Arkto Campers, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Arkto Campers place customer service as high as the quality they put into their campers! Every customer becomes family. So if your wondering about the company and their customer service, your in good hands!
Now about the camper itself, I honestly don't think you can find a better quality built camper. The details they put into their design have purpose. The camper is so easy to setup. There is so much storage and space. We picked up our camper in mid April when temperatures are still pretty cold. We had no problem staying warm. The trailer tows extremely well, very well balanced! We picked it up at Arkto in Edmonton Alberta and pulled it home to Southern Ontario (3,826 km / 2,377.4 miles) with out any problems.
I could go on and on, but I think you get the point. Arkto Campers is a company you can trust. They have high standards and build a quality camper.
I have owned an Arkto G12 for over a year now and have been on countless trips with this camper. This trailer has seen everything from long HWY miles to all sorts of back country/dirt road adventures. Throughout this time period, I have been overly impressed with the build quality and capability of this rig.
Before purchasing the Arkto, I did a sizable amount of research on many different brands of campers that I felt had checked most of the boxes I required. The first time I saw/ walked through the Arkto, I knew immediately, it was a superior product. It is feature rich, built with high-quality components, tows extremely well, sets up super easy and the interior is extremely comfortable for prolonged trips. The only other comparable options, in my mind, teeter on the heavier side of the six-figure range.
I wasted no time and reached out to the Arkto Team, specifically Aaron N. and got underway with my build. We discussed every option to exhaustion to ensure that all the criteria I wanted was met. I was then given a timeline for completion and, as promised, my new camper was delivered within the ETA I was given. NO headaches, NO nonsense, just a super smooth transaction/delivery.
Beyond everything else, the customer service I have received from Arkto and Aaron has been the most valuable part of this purchase. I have never seen anything like it. I truly feel like I have a relationship with a company who stands behind their product and wants their customers to enjoy these rigs for many years. I cannot stress this enough, it is literally some of the best customer service/ communication I have experienced from any company, EVER.
If you are considering an Arkto camper, do not waste your time weighing comparisons as this is hands down the best option. I would confidently buy this trailer over and over again and continue to recommend the brand to everyone who stops to chat about it. I look forward to many more adventures with my G12.
We took delivery of our G12 a couple months ago and could not be happier. The build quality is top notch. Aaron and his team were always attentive and more than helpful in the ordering process. We added several extras on top of what they offer, Aaron took the time to make sure all that was perfectly integrated. Everything they offer is fully integrated, not just added on after the build. We looked at many trailers in this size range, the Arkto is definitely the best laid out and best equipped on the market. They have also taken the time to actually engineer the trailer, it is not some haphazard build, that meant a lot to us as we wanted to make sure our purchase would last us a long time.
Definitely give Aaron a shout if you are considering a trailer in this class, you won't be disappointed.
Thanks Brian. Really appreciate the review and your business!

For those not sure if an ARKTO Camper is the right choice, here is our 1 year review. Like all the reviews, you will read the build quality , materials used, equipment supplied, overall design and handling is without compromise. For us the best part is how well the camper suits our lifestyle. Whether we are travelling down the highway or over landing the roughest backcountry trails we feel secure that our camper will be our safe haven for the night no matter what the weather. No need for any stress, this camper trailer will go where you want and back without fail. After a great nights sleep the cabin offers a comfortable space to get ready for the day. We especially like preparing meals in the outdoor kitchen. The ushape design, sink stovetop, drop shelf and freezer/ refrigerator with lids opening from both sides made meal preparation easy and enjoyable. All of this and protected by the 270 * awning that deploys easily. I know all of you will enjoy the outdoor shower after your day’s activities. When overlanding you will be thankful for the overall size of the unit and the offroad handling that allows you to access areas that other campers could not. We are detail oriented people that expect quality in our purchases with uncompromising customer support. Rest assured the ARKTO team will take care of all your needs.

Those that own Arkto Campers will agree that they are great. In a class of their own built by a dedicated staff led by Aaron and Matt. Add to that a willingness to assist owners even after 3 years of ownership. The relationship with Arkto doesn’t end when you drive away, you are simply now part of the family. Thanks to Arkto, our camper, that travels the hard road, is still as great as the day it left the factory three years ago. My hat is off to you gentlemen for your dedication to your customers. Kevin and Anne Buck
Wow. Thanks Kevin. Really appreciate it. Super happy to hear how pleased you are with the trailer.

Thoroughly enjoying our G12! It fits our family of 4 (plus bulldog) quite well! Its versatility and nimbleness make it a pleasure to tow (even through Toronto), and its functionality make boondocking in the most scenic places a breeze! Whether pulling into a campsite or along a Great Lake, this camper made our summer adventure one to remember! We’ve never received so many looks, questions, and given so many tours of our camper as we have with this camper!
We’ve owned three campers. Arkto is just different. You simply need to see one in person to fully appreciate how well these are built. Everything about the unit is premium.
Just opening and closing the doors and outdoor panels you can tell how solid they are. Everything has a tight seal and keeps out water. There is zero wood involved, so no glue or nails to worry about failing over time. With the added insulated canvas, it stays quiet and you can comfortably control the interior temperature.
If comparing square footage and costs to other campers, understand that Arkto is a multiple steps above the rest.

I stumbled upon Arkto campers several years ago while building my own off road camper. We watched the Arkto G12 evolve and improve, ever so slightly, over the last two years and decided to take the plunge after meeting Aaron and seeing a G12 at Overland Expo this past summer.
We were pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail, quality of build and materials, and thoughfulness of the design. Aaron and Matt were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire ordering and purchase process. We opted to take delivery of our camper at the Arkto factory in Edmonton and had the pleasure of meeting the fine folks that put their craftsmanship, skills, and pride into building these amazing campers. We don't hesitate to tell others that this was the single best customer service experence my wife and I have had in 30 plus years together!
We have travelled with our G12 for several months now and are extremely satisfied with the platform. Its behavior in tow, ease of use, and the livability it provides make it our favorite RV purchase yet. Overall, the G12 has exceeded our expectations and we look forward to many more adventures and smiles with it in tow. If you are looking for a terrific off road camper, with an outstanding customer relations experience, look no further...these are your guys!
Wow. Thanks for the incredible review. We're blushing. So happy that you're enjoying the trailer.

We've had our Arkto for a full year now and are still thrilled with the design and build quality, the effortless purchase process, and the support that Aaron and the team have provided throughout. After travelling over 20,000 kilometres on pavement, gravel and dirt together with camping comfortably in temperatures ranging from -18C to 33C, the Arkto still looks and functions like it is factory new.
