We had new facias and sofits and some remedial roof works done and the results are excellent. Our property looks like new and we are very pleased. The guys doing the work took pride in their work and were very efficient, friendly and always left our premises tidy when they had finished for the day. Patrick, the owner, was very friendly and professional and explained what needed to be done and the work was carried out to the timescales agreed. I would thoroughly recommend Arkiton as a professional and trustworthy company and they were a pleasure to do business with.

From start to finish Patrick and his team were a pleasure to deal with. What started as a small job turned out to be much bigger once the tiles came off. It's an old house and I have no idea when the roof was last maintained. However the team were not deterred and gave me options on how to proceed and didn't push at all. In the end it turned out to need all new battens, felt and tiles. The old tiles had become porous and were home moss etc on both sides 😕 The guys worked hard and the whole thing was finished in less than a week. The house is much warmer and the attic is measurably drier 😁 Definitely go to Arkiton for a very professional service - something I couldn't get from the other companies.

Patrick came to assess our property and through his expertise and guidance we completely overhauled the house's roof. The team were hard working, kind, professional and highly skilled. We could not have had a better team on the job. Even his scaffold team were fantastic people, and I appreciated their hard work and kindness. Patrick regularly came to assess progress and ensure his high standards were applied and maintained. The job is superb, and has kept recent storms at bay. I highly recommend that you contact Arkiton if you require roofing work carried out. Others may be cheaper or more expensive, but I very much doubt anyone will be better. We had Arkiton do some repairs on our roof today. I called yesterday and booked in a slot for an inspection. Despite it being a small job, they were very flexible and even managed to fit us in on the same day. The crew were friendly and professional. We're very grateful at how responsive they were, especially with the bad weather approaching.

We were pleased and impressed with the quality and professionalism of the work Arkitron did on the house. From extensive work on the roof to upgrading the drive, pathways and patio they were consistently excellent. The numerous workers involved were all skilled, hard working and knowledgable in their respective fields. The office staff were helpful and the progress of the work was frequently inspected by senior staff who provided updates and advice on a regular basis. We highly recommend Arkitron.

Would thoroughly and unreservedly recommend Arkiton to all. From the first contact they were personable, knowledgeable and obliging. Their 'boys' then followed up with hard work, only stopping for the copious tea and coffee provided by my wife. Then there was the 'clean up', brilliant, very thorough even washing the new tiles. If you need any roof work dine, I don't think you'll find a better firm than Arkiton.
