My father Mr Mushtaq Ahmed wassuffering from severe abdomen pain couple of days back. We have consulted ay gastro surgeons for his problem. They diagnosed it as gall bladder infection . My close relatives from Dubai recommended to consult only dr.Ramesh gastro surgeons of Av hospital basavaagudi or Arka Hospital Jp nagar to consult Dr.Ramesh. then after consulting Dr.Makkam Ramesh, he decided and advised Laparoscopic surgery for gall bladder . Surgery is succesful. All our family members are too happy. All staff led by Dr Ramesh team did a wonderful job. We thank one and all and we love to recommend this hospital.

I would like to sincerely thank Arka Anugraha Hospital, JP Nagar, and Dr. Ramesh Makkam on behalf of myself and my dad. My dad recently underwent hernia surgery, and I was truly impressed by the way the hospital handled the entire process — from pre-operative testing and diagnosis to the surgery itself. I had read Dr. Makkam's profile and was already very impressed , but after meeting him I became a fan of his quiet style , his patient centric attention and the speed and quality of care received.
The calm confidence and expertise of Dr. Makkam made us feel that my dad was in very safe hands throughout the treatment. The care, professionalism, and support provided by the team made a stressful situation much easier for our family.
Special thanks to the hospital PR, Bharathi, for making the entire experience worry-free. She was always available for questions, appointments, and coordination from admission to discharge. Her attentive support with scheduling, billing, testing, and discharge made the whole process smooth and well organized.
Another shout out to Chethan from Arka ICU for doing a great job. Given that family cannot be with them in ICU it truly matters that the ICU attending staff is kind attentive and skilled. Thanks Chethan.

I had visited Arka Anugraha hospital for my moms hernia surgery, she was operated by Dr Ramesh Makam Sir, I should say Dr Ramesh Sir is excellent in his profession and he is pro in laproscopic procedure.
