We appreciate your feedback and wanted to provide clarification regarding your recent appointment.
You contacted our office the day before to inquire about reverse osmosis (RO) system service. During that call, our staff explained our current RO maintenance special of $77.00 and advised—twice within the first minute and a half—that filter changes are not included, as pricing varies depending on the number of stages and filters required.
You acknowledged this information and chose to schedule the appointment. We have confirmed this exchange on the recorded call. Upon arrival, our plumbers were unfortunately met with verbal hostility and asked to leave the property before any work could begin.

1) I emailed a request Thursday pm (I would prefer to talk with a human)
2) I received a call back early Friday am (yea! actually talked to a human- Maria)
3)I was able to scheduled for an estimate that morning and received a courtesy call from Tim (the plumber, another human) letting me know he is on his way as Maria said he would. (Maria the first Human I spoke with)
4)I accepted the estimate, Tim started to work immediately. The job was finished that day at the time he had estimated and the cost was within reason to his estimate.
5) I would highly recommend Arizona VIP. I greatly appreciate the professionalism both Maria and Tim showed and especially appreciated Tim's hard work, and honesty. He was considerate and respectful of the property and explained things as he worked to solve the issue. I am just really really happy with the service I received today.
