I've had a great experience with Aria. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and Ahmed was always quick to respond to any questions. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the leasing process simple. The building is well-maintained with great amenities, and the location is really convenient—close to the mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and more. Overall, a smooth and positive experience. Trying to find a new spot in london as a student can always be hard, but when I was referred to ahmed and antonio to help with my needs they made my search go from difficult and stressful to stress free and smooth.
I was shown available apartments to rent and i was genuinely very impressed with how knowledgeable these young men are. The convenience of the location is amazing as it’s near western university as well as a 10 minute walk from masonville mall (which one of my biggest worries was finding a nice place with near my university)
The luxurious feel of the apartment is very nice and truly makes you feel the quality of your new home.
the pricing on rent is very fair and ahmed and antonio were both extremely honest workers. Very happy and thankful to have worked out a deal, would 100% recommend living here.
Genuinely horrible, our ac and heating straight out didn't work for the first month, the toilet just doesn't flush sometimes and the bathtub is creaky, with drainage breaking in the first two months. Management has walked in two times while we were sleeping, THE ELECTRICITY JUST DOES NOT WORK SOMETIMES, fire alarm has gone off twice with zero explanation with fire fighters coming. genuinely horrible experience being here especially for a building that's new.

I don’t feel any luxury living.
1.with my oven tripping ,
2.cheap door materials it’s always hard to close any indoor door and bathroom door screws came off within a month of starting lease .
But building is Maintained clean , like the technology being used .and friendly building management
I am a resident living on the second floor of this building, and I love living here!
It is an excellent and private location , very nice luxury finishes, and very nice/easy to deal with management👍
The leasing guy who got me in the building his name is Ahmed, and he took great care of me and my family
I highly recommend this building!

The apartment is well-designed, maintained, and is one of the best ones I've seen in London. The location is also very convenient being close to Masonville Mall and anything else you would need.
Management is great, I worked with Ahmed, one of the representatives, and he was super helpful, transparent, and very responsive to make sure I had everything I needed throughout the process.
Overall the building and management are fantastic, would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern apartment!
