Dan has been very professional and helped us design our single storey extension and loft conversion. His imput and our ideas went through planning with ease. I contacted Dan Butler as I was required to get planning permission to extend my gardent patio and build some retaining walls with change of grass to Astroturf because there is no permitted development where I live.
Dan came out the next day to measure up and get a full understanding of my requirements. Later that day he sent me a copy to get approval and the following day my application was submitted.
The Council had a few more enquiries and dealt direct with Dan who responded promptly with them.
As promised after 10 weeks my permission was granted.
Dan took all the stress and strain out of the process for me and made it seem so simple. I just could not recommend his services highly enough and would have no hesitation to use him on a future project or recommend him to friends and family

We've used Architechnology. Design for the drawings for our extension and would wholeheartedly recommend them. Dan guided us with kindness, patience and complete professionalism.
