Glad Sean could get in there and sort it out, Rose. A chimney that's gone years without attention usually turns up something interesting, and he'll be glad you said so.

Proceed with caution and check their BBB rating first. The crew was rude and left a mess behind after completing the work. To make matters worse, they attempted to trade a "discount" for a 5-star review as if they were doing me a favor, despite the poor service and outrageous pricing. Highly recommend finding another company.

This is a fake review. We have never serviced anyone with the name bob lemon or any client named bob at the time or around the time this review was left.

Sweeping plus concrete in one visit is a decent chunk of work, Jessica. That chimney is in solid shape now.

Matt did a great job inspecting, cleaning, and repairing my gas fireplace. It hadn’t worked in years, and although getting it working again wasn’t the main reason for the service, he was able to get it running, which was a nice bonus.

Getting a fireplace running after years off is always satisfying, Teri, and Matt isn't one to walk away from something he can fix while he's already there. Enjoy it this winter.

Brianna, going from booked to cleaned without friction is how it should feel. Shawn likes walking people through what he finds up there, so glad the explanations landed. Thanks for the recommendation.
