Not overly helpful and unnecessarily wasted my time unfortunately. Edit to reply: Your website requests information in order to set up a call, I spent my time collating things to send to you and filled in your online form, answering your questions. Your system then set me up for an intro call which is then booked in to my calendar. Some time later I get a cancellation and a terse email saying you don't support businesses under £700k. It was short and unapologetic with no acknowledgment of your failings. I then asked for recommendations and again just got a dismissive email stating that you don't have any recommendations which I found surprising considering you're in this sector. I felt it would be the least you could do for messing me around. I was annoyed because you wasted my time and then the responses have been short and generally unhelpful. After calling you out on not being able to recommend anyone, you did recommend two, one of which was not suitable for me from the information I initially provided. Ultimately, if you don't deal with business under £700k, put that as the very first question on your getting in touch form. This would stop anyone proceeding further if you don't have the ability to take them on as clients.

Apologies but we're very confused by this review. You are not and have never been a customer of ours.

You sent an enquiry, we replied straight away saying we unfortunately don't do the requested service.

You then asked us to give you some Accountants who can help. We gave you a few firms we know can help you.

You then left us this review. We're not sure what we could have done differently. Though we're not your Accountants, we thought we would go above and beyond to help.
